The ambiance is much nicer than buffet places. The service over the years has been good. The food is always tasty, but whether you like it or not could depend on what you order. I ordered a lo mein that was not what I expected, and I thought the hot and sour soup was bland, but now that I rotate between the mushu (all are good but I prefer the pork) and bourbon chicken combo plate, I'm always happy! We LOVE Chen’s!! Jenny is amazing. She remembers us and our kids and our kids love her so much. My two year old calls Jenny his girlfriend haha. We went here 1/31 for my daughter’s birthday dinner and Jenny gave her and my son an ice cream and candle. All the other staff are very attentive and kind as well. We feel loved and important here. Awesome does not do Chen’s justice. I’ve rated all a 5 Star + if you want outstandingly no food, top notch service and clean comfortable atmosphere, this is your best choice.Service is impressive and personable. The best Chinese I have put in my mouth. Over-the-top!I can’t say enough good things about this place.
