Haven't been here in years and heard that the menu had improved. It was okay at best and almost just like I remembered it quality wise. It's okay but there are better options for the price.

11/11/2025 last minute my boyfriend and I, both veterans decided to go out for dinner and, frankly, get a free meal. What an unexpected pleasure. The service was incredible. Our female server with curly brown hair was the best. We sat in a booth by the window in the front of the restaurant. I had the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla minus the ranch. We wanted coffee and you had it available. A very pleasant male server brought it out quickly, very impressive. Hard to find coffee at that hour. It was 6:30 pm. The food was great, the service was great, and we will be back. Our female server should be recognized for a job well done.

My first time going to a Chili's especially here in North fort Myers everything was amazing food drinks couldn't express how ecstatic I was. The only confusion was was knowing who are waitress is this is when I do not like about corporate America we had a greeter we had a food runner we had a drink server we had this person we had that person and everybody kept saying we will let your server know well how about the person that I'm getting and tipping on actually coming to the table and waiting on us there were five different people taking care of us which was extremely confusing everybody was like will let your server know we'll tell your server I'll bring that over for you but will also let your server know well how about having the server come to the table. It was really distracting and more more this is happening with fast food chains and I might be old school but I like to have a waitress a waiter that actually identifies himself stays with us throughout our entire experience. I did like the fact that they asked if we joined a rewards program we could get free items we did get free trips and salsa which were very tasty our meals were amazing drinks were great but let's go back to the fact that we're tipping somebody $20 that we never saw now I'm sure that $2 goes to this person $3 goes to that person $4 goes to this person you know and then maybe the kitchen staff gets a tip because this is what corporations are now doing pretty soon we're not going to even have a waiter a waitress You're going to have to do all the work yourself by ordering on a computer snapping photos or clicking on links I'm paying at your table using computers what's next a robot's going to deliver your food. But you're expected to automatically like we were give 22% tip to the corporation that then decides who gets what percentage of that tip meanwhile you're looking like you're a crazy person because you have no idea who's waiting on you this isn't the staff's fault this is the corporation's fault All in all everything was great I mean we didn't have to find our interest to ask questions because none of the food runners or drink people or whatever could answer those they just kept saying they would let the server know it was kind of like being in a hospital when you have five nurses and you're waiting to see the doctor. I seriously wish that we could go back to the era when you had a waitress and she controlled the table but corporate America has made it different when you're sitting at a table this is why I always prefer sitting at a bar because there's one person interacting with you one person only and if they're a good server or bartender they get the tip if I have to ask seven different people seven different questions and then get automatically charged a tip for that to me I don't agree but the food was amazing drinks were great All in all in eight out of a 10

Our Chili's on Pine Island Rd. is absolutely FANTASTIC in every respect! The food is great & the servers are fantastic!

I placed a pick-up order at 10:15 pm, receiving an email that it would be ready at 10:30, knowing this restaurant closes at 11. I realize that line cooks want to be out the door and head for home at closing time. Which is why I placed the order early enough. But when I got home and tried to eat my food, nearly my entire order was crap! I took two bites out of the chicken wings and literally spit it out of my mouth, as it was so overcooked and disgusting. The slider burgers were nearly as bad! The only thing that was edible were the mozzarella sticks. I paid good money for my food and even left a nice tip for the kitchen staff.

What is the problem with you people?

The only reason I am not giving you a 1-star is because of the other times I ate there and the food was good.

Our server Alan was very sociable and quick to answer any questions we had. He had a busy section and still took the time to stop by and talk to us for a bit. Food was good and we will be back again!

My friend and I went out for dinner and we had the best night ever! They had a long wait but we just put down a phone number and ran to Target, then we pulled back into the parking lot and got our text not long after, right around time time she had said. They apologized for the wait, were super nice and seated us, then our server Adam (sorry if I spelt his name wrong) was absolutely amazing, this man who towered over us squatted down so we could hear him, he learned our names, was on top of refills, was super nice, and had perfect timing! Literally best experience ever.

Food was old and cold. Chicken was cold to the touch and looked like it had been sitting out for hours. Multiple people have been getting sick from eating here and now I know why
