The best coffee ever !! I recommend it 100%
I wanted to share how much I enjoyed my visit to your bakery. It was a wonderful way to start the morning, and you truly have the best coffee and food in town.
I was very impressed with the amazing service and hospitality. The owners are incredibly friendly and clearly enjoy connecting with their customers. My time in town was made even better by this experience.
Thank you for the great memories!
We ride or drive to Cosita's regularly.

Delicious homemade flan and friendly staff
I had Cositas at the Babcock Ranch Friday food truck gathering. I ordered the chicken "bowl" option for $19 thinking it would be latin-based and "gourmet" as their name suggests, but there was no subtext indicating what was included in the bowl. The alternative would've been tacos, tomales, or other latin fare. I was greatly disappointed, as it was more of a "platter" in a to-go-box. Within the box I found a cluster of french fries, a pile of chopped breaded chicken (not latin infused at all, more like a chopped piece of chick-fil-a), rice topped with black beans (this tasted good), and then what was more like a salad - with spinach, diced tomatoes, onions, and no dressing. I'm not sure what "bowl" concep this was going for, and why in the world it had breaded chicken tenders and french fries, but for $19 this was a grave disappointment. The owners were kind and the beans and rice were fine, hence the 2 stars, but otherwise this was confusing and frustrating.
