Idiots! I used curbside pick up and when I got home realized half my order was missing. Mistakes happen, I understand that. But when I called, instead of graciously adjusting my credit card payment, they told me I had to drive 5 miles back to the store!!!!!

With several people handling the takeout meals, how is it that NO ONE noticed that the roast beef & gravy was missing from the roast beef dinner meal? Also, the chopped steak was a flattened out, crusty, over cooked piece of meat as if it was recooked.
We’ve had takeout from this location before & have never had such poor quality of food & service.
Why is it that restaurants no longer take pride in serving a decent meal on to-go orders?
