They do not prioritize Curdside orders at all. They are way more focused on getting cars in and out of the drive thru yet you can't place an online order for drive thru pickup? Very frustrating. I placed the order at 12:22. I was told my order would be ready at 12:29 and they did not bring it out until 12:49. I arrived early...texted I was here..even clicked the link in my email as well. We had to call the restaurant to make sure they were coming out with our food.

Food is overpriced,, saw many workers scurrying all over the place but no one really cleaning except for some guests. A customer was cleaning the floor and picking up dropped soda cup lids so Grandma with her walker could make it through easier.

Way over cook burger with a little to no lettuce. If want to try this place i would recommend skyline location wich way better as now . This location need more time and training i got pics of this double one side burn burger but I can't post it here

I order a regular butter burger. They asked if I wanted cheese. I said not so they changed me an 1.00 fee and rang me up for the butter burger cheese burger when I only ordered the regular butter burger. They also forgot to put any sauce and it was dry. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Culver’s

Culver’s 11-18-24 Stopped by around 12:30 pm on Tuesday at the Pine Island Rd. Culver’s. This place was neat and very clean with just a couple tables filled. I must eat healthier, and this is the place for me. My wife and I get the Skinless Grilled Chicken Sandwich and Salad. Our Chicken Sandwich comes with Grilled White Chicken Breast, Seasoned with Salt & Pepper, Lettice, Tomato, Pickles on a Toasted Hoagie Roll. You can’t go wrong with one of their Salads. Their food is fresh, and all burgers are made to order. I love their large selection of items on the menu. They have butter burgers, all kinds of Chicken Sandwiches, Seafoods, Crinkle Fries, Cheese Curds, Onion Rings, Chili, Mash Potatoes, Cole Slaw, Salads to Frozen Custard to name a few. There is something for everyone on this menu. You can order at the counter or from an app. You can sit at a table and use their QR code to order and pay from your seat. There is a drive thru and an outdoor patio to dine from. I give this place 5 out of 5 stars because the food is always good, hot, tasty, fast service, large menu, and drink selection.
