Been going here for about a year. Always do curb side pick up. Used to be i would order it and leave my house and it was ready. For the last few months I have to wait and even go in to get my order. But now the food is getting worse. As you see in this picture they just stopped my $8 burger together. And had no pepper mayo on it or any pepper flavor. Staff are always polite. Needless to ok say I have been eating here a lot less lately, and have noticed it's not as crowded as it used to be. Better get a hold of the quality control here. After doing some errands in the area we decided to stop in for a snack. This establishment is charming and clean, the employees are friendly, courteous and professional. Always available and with smiles on their faces. We had the butter burger kids meals which was delicious and filling. The meal also comes with a free dessert, which we were told full to have at this time, so we will have to return again for the special treat. We ate inside and the restaurant is clean and charming. Our server Massi was very courteous and professional with a friendly smile, she explained and helped us with our order. Also another employee Kaiden brought our meals to our table, so we didn't have to wait at the counter for our order. She also was helpful and courteous, she explained about our meals and our dessert which could be ready when we finished our meal with the coupon on the bag which our meal came in. This is such a great place for comfortable seating area with a fountain drink area for refills if needed.

Honestly ridiculous. I order my food plain cause I’m allergic to tomatoes. It wasn’t plain, it was cold and when I called the store they hung up on me. This is the worst culvers in town :/

This was the first time I had been to this Culver's, I ordered what I usually do the butter burger deluxe single, had I known the burger was so thin I would have ordered the double. The burgers edges were over cooked. But all in all it was good.

The cod was so soggy the sandwich wasn't edible after the second bite..... On the other hand the shrimp always smack I love culver's.... Pretzel bites on point with the honey mustard
