We go every week and enjoy being there but employees sit in the three chairs near the window and talk on there hone and visit with friends. We think they should give up seats for customers and do there socializing some where else. They are sometimes very loud.
the DD on Santa Barbara is a disgrace!!!! Every afternoon there's only 2 girls working. They do their best. But customers have to wait in line 10-15 minutes for a cup of coffee. Ridiculous!!! 2 people for the lobby and drive through??? Crazy. Where the crap is the owner to see what goes on??? The manager leaves at 2 pm. Ridiculous. won't be coming here ANYMORE!!!!!
We hear a new franchisee is opening on Nicholas. We will be going there no doubt and telling ALL our friends.

Two people working at 7 on a weekday. I get the same coffee but they taste and look different every time. Sooo sad.
