I come in here all the time, the food is always good and the service is fine, the only problem is, is that they never fill their drinks all the way, just went this afternoon and they handed me this as my drink, not a single sip taken but other than that. Still live, laugh, love Dunkin

The staff is friendly but they put cream in a coffee order clearly noted as milk and sugar... not once but constantly. So I end up throwing it out and wasting my money as I can't drink cream.

I was at the Nicholas Pkwy location at 530am. They were fully staffed and completely on their game. Call in orders , counter and drive thru were all expedited w efficiency and speed. Everyone was so friendly attentive and alert. I was asked by 3 different staff members if I had been helped. They were patient while my grandkids decided what they wanted and helped them w choices by answering their questions on their level and even making suggestions based on their questions. Overall,...
