East of Chicago Pizza

Got a cheesesteak from the southeast location. Not much steak no peppers, no onions….horrible

Loved the chicago style pizza just moved here to cape coral best pizza yet

My parents, wife and myself are all born and raised in Chicago. We have all been living in SWFL for 12-18 years between us all. Now with that being said we are always looking for a place that has something close to back home when it comes to our beloved Deep dish and thin crust Pizza. We usually get Chicago Pizza but, this past Friday I suggested we try East of Chicago which was a huge disappointment and mistake. We opened the box to find a Chicago Pizza that was cut into triangles not squares. Then the look of the pizza was that of a Pizza hut, Little Caesars or Domino's. The taste was even worse because it tasted EXACTLY like Race Trac gas station pizza. The price was about $40 which is excessive for the quality of food bought. If I had to take an educated guess I would say that you do not have a Pizza oven but, those conveyor ovens that the pizza chains named above use. If you're going to say or use Chicago in the name of your restaurant you should bring the culture Chicagoans expect to taste in their food. Detroit Pizza would be a more fitting name for the quality and look of what you serve. Lastly, the lack of quality ingredients like spinach and quality Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese is concerning for a pizzeria.

I have ordered the oven baked steak sub previously and wrote a great review. However this is the third time we have ordered it along with a side of French fries. There was very little meat on the sub. Last time we ordered the fries the server told me they ran low on fries so the portion is smaller than normal. He didn’t offer to charge me less. This time I placed the same order and the fries were minimal in size. I will not be returning unless these issues are corrected.

I don't know what the food is like, but the service is incredibly slow, even for takeout. It took over 40 minutes to pick up an order of 3 pizzas, and there were only 4 people in line. Terrible service in terms of speed.

Special order a chicken buffalo pizza with onions. This is by far the worst pizza that I have ever special ordered and it was terrible one big fat piece of buffalo chicken on every slice onions minimal at best if there were any you had to search for them are you kidding me This again is the worst pizza ever I could’ve ordered Domino’s and gotten a better pizza

Heads up everyone!!! My daughter was in Chicago Pizza on Nov 2nd to watch the Chicago Bears game and order pizza and beer.

They did not have any tv channel to get the Bears game.? Duh, it’s called Chicago Pizza.

She went to the ladies room and saw 2 DEAD cockroaches in the floor!!! She left immediately and said “Never going back!!!

If there is dead roaches in the bathrooms; there’s dead roaches in the FOOD/KITCHEN!!! Gross!!

5 Stars ⭐️! Ordered the 16” S&P was very good, crust and sauce were awesome. Can’t wait to try the other different styles.

Crust was very crispy sauce was very smooth. Pizza was delicious. I would recommend this to friends and family

Still on our search for Chicago pizza in SW Florida. Sauce is on the sweet side. Crust on the Chicago style pizza was good. Not a butter crust like Lou’s but was good. Definitely not a deep dish like Lou’s but not bad. I read reviews that was like Lou’s. Sausage was limited not like a whole patty across the top. Cheese was like a normal pizza was not stuffed. More like a pan type. I liked the sauce. Sausage was good. Other pizza is like a pizza in the area. Was decently covered with sauce, cheese and pepperoni.

Go with time, they are slower than a snail

Pizza is amazing and we love the wings too. They’ve screwed up our order a couple times but they always fix it with a million apologies and free food lol I love this place!
