EL Toro Mexican Bar & Grill

This place is seriously overrated. The food was disappointing and not authentic Mexican food at all. The servers and management are rude, unprofessional, and unfriendly. Customer service is clearly not a priority here. They seem more focused on making social media videos and chasing attention online than providing good food or treating customers with respect. Their social media image doesn’t match the reality. A large following doesn’t make a restaurant good. Based on my experience, this place cares more about its online image than the quality of its food or customer service. Some of their responses on social media will confirm that they are mean and arrogant.

Went for Cinco de Mayo. RIDICULOUSLY LOUD music beyond acceptable. Ordered Shrimp Tacos and wife had Fajitas. Food was ok. Service was OK considering the amount of people. Problem was with bill.... ordered 3 margaritas. Got bill and was charged for 5. Brought it to waitress attention and she came back with bill for 4. Told her we only ordered 3 but she insisted it was 4 and would not correct the bill. Was not going to leave her a tip but it was already included because we had more than 6 people. WON'T BE BACK... unfair billing and literally ripping off customers. We had 24 people in our party and it also happened to another couple in our party. Very unprofessional way to run a business. Sorry El Toro but you are losing customers.

In response to owners reply: Our party of 24 was billed as 12 separate couples. Your servers need to keep better track of what each couple ordered. I was obviously billed for someone else's Margaritas.

Food and Service were GREAT!! The ONLY con is food is a little overpriced for Mexican Food. Waitress Ivette was GREAT!!! She went above and beyond.

It was very nice. The staff was pleasant. The atmosphere has definitely improved. The food was good. I would have preferred more bold seasoning but that's a personal preference.

Food was amazing I just can't stand the girls who dance there annoying and honestly none of them can't dance there just embarrassing them selfs I'll come back once them girls stop dancing or ateast learn to dance

This was a great place for family. Very good food. Very clean. I definitely recommend it. They had a DJ plane. Lovely music and it was very entertaining.
