I come here almost every week. This Firehouse has friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere. The food is great too; I recommend the Firehouse steak and cheese and the Captain's Club.

We placed a catering order for 20 people. The food and presentation was great. The manager went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready on time and made correctly. We will definitely use this location in the future for our business lunches.

Purchased for the very first time on a promotional . Buy one, get 1 free. Did not get what I ordered and wasn't asked to fix it either. Just try to explain why. It came the way it did. Won't do a promotional again here.

The first time we got the meatball and pepperoni sub was so good that we got another one the very next day. So far I love this place! IT WAS GREAT AND FAST. The people were so friendly and the app was easy to use.

Next day I came back, bought the same sandwiches for my family, and unfortunately it was another crew in the kitchen and the sandwiches (medium smokehouse brisket) and it was very poor made it, almost nothing of meat, just a lot of bread, and it was very disappointing because day before it was a amazing, the right amount in everything with the crew day before, as I wrote in the review above.
