One of the best spots for Subs…10/10!
Post hurricane I was in search of a hot meal. Thankfully this firehouse was open. To my luck there was no line and the gentleman who took my order remained in high spirits. I ordered the Philly sub and let me tell you- it was the most delicious thing I've at all week! Thank you firehouse subs, you lowered my cortisol tremendously!!!!

I caught an Employee touching her Nose while making my Food. I don’t know her name, however, she was Brown skinned and I think she had Black Hair. When I got my Food, I left and did not want to eat it. The reason that I gave it two Starts is because I’ve been there a few times before and the Food is usually good. However, the Employees need to make sure that Hygiene is not neglected. This happened at 09/09/2024.
Update: I went to the Firehouse Subs located at 2612 Santa Barbara Blvd, Cape Coral, FL 33904. The Hygiene is better that I am aware of as of far.
Nice people, sub was outstanding but my favorite was the well made ice tea. So many places have watery tea but this store makes it perfectly.

This location is going down hill. Can’t even remember how to make your sandwich directly after ordering. Multiple times they’ve been out of Gluten free bread, the vibe is flatter than flat. No personality, no smiles, just straight faces. Oh and coke freestyle machine, no bueno. Love the hook and ladder, greatly dislike this location anymore. It’s a shame, maybe a new management team could turn it around.

I stopped in last week for the first time and ordered a tuna sub and it was great so great that I went back again this week and bought another tuna sub. Excellent made tuna, the employee was friendly and even thou it was pricey it was well worth it. You know the old saying : "You get what you pay for" The place was clean and neat. I highly recomend you try them and ask for the tuna sub!

When you walk in there is a clear sign that says order (even though i ordered online) its easy for people who walk in to order, you get very big portions for the price you pay especially the large subs are VERY big for about $13 and have lots of stuff in them and are filling. The brownies are the best brownies ever. Service was very good i regret not getting the employees names but they were very nice told us to enjoy,asked us how the food was, and told us to have a good day.

I called in my order for two subs . Order was not ready and I waited 30 min
Whoever is doing the hiring at both this location and Santa Barbara, needs to step down. Both these places going DOWN HILL. Last order got from uber eats first of all put the sticker on the front of the bag, the one that is supposed to sticker the bag shut wasnt even close to doing that. No pickle. Specifically have the receipt saying add pickle. Wrong chips. And the extra soda i ordered not there.

Always great subs are one of the best. The Staff is always friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and employees seemed in good spirits. Firehouse subs is one of the best subs around. They support our firefighters. Glad to see we finally have one closer to us. Thanks For another Great Sub!

I had order a firehouse sub (cold) roast Beef with swiss. When they us it was wrong. They fixed it but why didnt they read our slip. Slip was correct as I ordered.

I tried the pizza pepperoni sandwich—delicious! chili gave it a kick, and the overall experience was top-notch. The service sets it apart from other sandwich joints. Highly recommended!
