MISSION BBQ offers great barbecue food, especially the brisket. Customers appreciate the care for service members, with free sandwiches and desserts sometimes given. The baby back ribs, mac and cheese, and coleslaw are delicious. The ribs are tender and the mac and cheese is a pleasant surprise. The lean brisket is incredibly tender, no knife needed, and the BBQ sauce options are great. The staff is super friendly, and the atmosphere is cool.
