My guest ordered liver & onions it was burnt. They should have never brought it to the table. The server said she told the manager and she never did come and apologize.

Stopped by Mel’s on Monday around 12:30pm. This place was clean, neat, and busy. We got seated right away and Dee Dee was our waitress. I ordered the Western Black Angus Chopped Steak with Mashed Potatoes and Corn. My wife and our friend ordered the Mel’s Classic Cheeseburger with Cheese, Lettice, Tomato, Onions, Coleslaw, and Fries.
