Ordered five guys for dinner on Thursday. When I got home, one of the orders was missing. Had to call the store and spoke with Skyler who informed me that it was his fault and that he would place a note in the office so I could get my meal the next time I come to five guys at a reasonable time. Burger was burnt to a brittle dry little mess. Even the bun was dry and borderline stale. Extremely disappointing
