We ordered delivery online & surprised at the negative reviews as is was really good! Their chicken tender breading is similar to Popeyes & tasted great! We each got "just the strips" - 4 tenders, 2 sauces & curly fries which was a good price @$12. There weren't very many fries, but you can order extra fries for only $3 so we'll do that next time. Happy customers and will order again!

In the past when I have picked up wings from this location, they have been hot, tasty, and seasoned just right. I always order the smoked combo with the dry rub ranch seasoning. It has always been excellent... until tonight.I arrived just before I was notified that the order was ready so there was no waiting for me or for them .First of all, the wings were lukewarm and very greasy. They had little to no seasoning or taste, except for the smoke The fries were cold and stale.I also placed a smoked combo order with the lemon pepper dry seasoning. Same issues with that order.What a disappointment that I wasted my moneyI guess that I will be going to either Wingstop, or Hurricane wings from now on.

My wife and I decided to give Chili's $10.99 dinner a try. Big mistake. We were seated quickly with no wait. We noticed half the restaurant was empty, but there was a wait for parties larger than ours. This is due to Chili's being one of the restaurants throughout the nation that cannot hire enough quality servers. It took our server 15 minutes to take our drink order. It took him another ten minutes to take our dinner order. We both ordered the $10.99 specials, but my wife was asked what two sides she wanted with her entree, but I wasn't. When asked later why I didn't get sides with my entree, the server said, "because you didn't tell me you wanted any." I ordered a bacon chicken ranch quesadilla. When it was delivered, each quarter of the quesadilla had such little topping, the two pieces folded over on each other wouldn't stay together. There were two or three bacon bits on each slice, one small piece of chicken, and between four and six shreds of cheese. The server never did a table touch to make sure everything was satisfactory and had to be flagged down for me to get a refill on my soda, and then didn't ask my wife if she also wanted one. When we asked for the check, he had entered every item separately, making the total more than 50% higher than it should be. Given the poor history this restaurant has had with both us and other reviewers, I doubt we will return in the future.

Some of the Sauces we ordered and paid for were missing and The ones that came weren't labeled so we had no idea which was which.We ordered online and drove and picked it up curbside.

We went for my Granddaughters birthday. We were told 45 minute wait after 30 a couple came out leaving and said they were seated for over 30 and never got waited on. We left and went somewhere else. This place was busy too but got us seated and served within reason. We were eating when we got notice our table was ready. Sorry, this is the second time this has happened. We know everyone is hurting for help but it seems other resturants have been able to make this work. If it takes an hour and a half to be seated how long would it take to get served?
I have ate here multiple times and it never fails to be delicious. Even the manager is super nice and caring she made sure I got my food. I recommend going here!

My wife and I eat out 10 meals a week. We stopped by for a couple of drinks and some adult time only to see children eating with their parents sitting at the bar. We were told this is a family restaurant and if didn't want to sit at the bar it would be a 20 minute wait. Sorry not my style

The dining room was empty, there were 9 of us. 4 o’clock in the afternoon, took about 10 minutes to set a table up (which is fine). But then another 10 minutes goes by and still waiting. I know shift change can be at 4 but employee walking around doing nothing, managers doing nothing. Right, when we were leaving then they said they were going to seat us, we decided to go somewhere else. And when we said we were leaving the guy at the front acted like he was happy about it. Apparently, y'all ain't hurting that bad. As a bartender/server for 12 years that is absolutely ridiculous, very disappointing.
