Ofcourse they forgot all my chips. Its sat night, no worries i called to get a refund. The guy that answered the phone sounded like he didn't even know what planet hes on. Definitely no help but he sounds like hes having a better night than me anyways. "Write down my name" get outta here its 2024

Your food is really good but service is lacking especially the girl taking the orders. I went with a friend and she ordered a sandwich for herself and a sandwich to go for her husband. I was next in line and she totally ignored me and took the order of the person behind me. Then she was taking the order of the next person. Then I spoke up and asked if I could please place an order. She was cold and unapologetic of her behavior. Their were 2 other guys working that day who were friendly and professional. It's sad what customer service has become today.

Be prepared to repeat yourself with what you want and watch them closely when making your sandwich. They still messed mine up when I walked away for 2 seconds to pay

Waited 40 mins for a steak and cheese for the cook to tell me she didn't know after a paided and sat there waiting. This place a joke. I will never go again. Don't go to this one. They are the worst.

Pickup orders take too long

I explained what i wanted but the orders weren’t Written down, which is why i kept being asked about how the orders were supposed to be. Then after waiting for 15-20 minutes, i went to go cash out and I was going to take what i thought was my sandwich, but i was told it wasn’t mine. It was made for the person behind me. Im guessing its because they didn't write my order down. So i received one out of two orders. Couldn’t wait bc i was in a time crunch.

Jersey Mikes Subs 6-7-24
Went in around 12:30 to order the Giant Original Italian Sub. This place was clean and neat and everything in its place. I walked up to the counter and there was a little bit of a line, but they waited on me quickly. I ordered my Giant Original Italian Sub which came with provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni. They asked me what else I liked on it, so I added Mayo, Lettuce, Tomatoes and Onions right out of the case. They were fast and friendly and made my sub right in front of me. When I opened my sub, it was very large and looked good. This sub not only looked good but everything on it tasted very fresh. One thing I will add is they do not heat or toast the sub buns so if you like that you will have to go elsewhere. I would suggest if you’re hungry for a sub go here and you will not be disappointed. I give this place 5 out of 5 stars.

Would give zero stars if I could just ordered on 5/6 nothing that I clicked on came on my sandwich no Lettuce no onion no tomatoes either all I got was bread and 4 pickles maybe 2 slices of banana peppers cut in 4 peices and cheese after I clicked the no cheese button. And to make it worse i asked for wheat bread one half was wheat and the other half was white bread. Will not order from here ever again last time it wasn't so great spend your money else where not these garbage chains

After reading some of these reviews I had to come on here and give my experience. I have NEVER had bad service, food or any bad experience at this particular Jersey Mikes.
I would highly recommend this location. Great service and great food. Location was clean. One word of advice to those people leaving bad reviews: have you reached out to the manger on duty to resolve any issues? Did you let anyone know so they could rectify? I guarantee anything negative would have to immediately rectified. I personally try to resolve issues in house before leaving a bad review.
Again I love this location and it’s my location of choice. I will be back!!
