Subs are absolutely delicious, the best. Minor complaint, floors could definitely be swept as this location. Getting very expensive, 30$ reg size sub, with chips and soda for two people.

This has been going on now for about six months and we’re pretty much sick of it, the Italian sub done Mike’s way completely slathered and oil and pretty much uneditable, I’m not sure why your employees are doing this, but you need to slow them down on the oil, please

I half to wipe down my sandwiches with paper towel, it’s getting bad folks.

Final Update: Finally made it in. Service was excellent, getting our food was very speedy. The lady that needed to check her messages, seemed to be much more put together today. Great job Jeresy Mike's staff!

Update: A manager called me that same evening and I will be giving them the chance to make things right on thursday.

I'm pretty understanding that when you order ahead, your food still has a chance to not be ready. This evening was absolutely terrible. I placed an order at 7:14 and my food should have been done by 7:29pm. While sitting here, I have learned a lot about the staff. Regardless of how you feel, you shouldn't throw a bell pepper at someone. Also, to the staff that was on tonight, if you feel like you want to walk out and you all vote to do it, just call the manager so you can at least start issuing refunds to people. That way, they dont have to wait for you all to make your decision. You didn't commit to walking out, and i had to watch someone who ordered food at 7:47 get their food before me, and they also had food from the grill. Finally, at 7:55, my food was ready, and this older lady insisted she had to go and read a text message in the bathroom before bagging my food up. I had to call the restaurant in order to get my food bagged so that I could leave.

Usually, this place is pretty decent, but tonight was terrible. If someone reaches out to me, I will update my review.

We appreciate the fact that this Jersey Mikes is only a few mins from our home, we've been customers from the day they opened and never have had a bad experience here. The staff has always been pleasant and respectful. With that being said we were there yesterday and noticed that the portion on meat has decreased on the sandwiches quite a bit. Now I'm not sure if that's a corporate call or a staff/co. store mngr call or just depended on who made the sandwiches. We ordered 2 regular sized sandwiches, a steak and cheese with onion and no peppers that had about 1/8 inch thick of meat and onion and a ham and provolone with just oil and vinegar that had 4 pieces of ham on the entire sandwich. There was not enough meat on the sandwiches for the size of the rolls. We've never had this issue before at this restaurant or the one in Bonita springs or the ones in Fort Myers. If this is a policy change, plz reconsider the change. People don't want to come in to eat and still leave hungry. This store could also use another 2 top, maybe 2 more.

I was blessed to overhear a Jersey Mike's corporate management meeting at Panera today. And all I can say is—WOW. If you're ever feeling nostalgic for authoritarian leadership and soul-crushing micromanagement, pull up a chair near their next meeting.

Back in my day, I was allegedly accused of creating a hostile work environment—but good grief, I was never in the same league as the woman passionately lecturing about fingernail hygiene, hat angles, and mandatory white undershirts.

Ma’am, it’s a sandwich shop, not a Marine boot camp. These are teenagers just trying to make gas money, not Navy SEALs prepping for a covert op.

Instead of screaming about standards, maybe just be thankful someone showed up to make the sandwiches. Half of these kids don’t even know there’s a whole world out there where you can make $50+ an hour working remotely in pajamas from a beach hammock.

At the ripe old age of 60, I can confidently say: there is no amount of free subs that could convince me to work for that. Peace out...

It’s unbelievable that you don’t help that’s qualified enough to make a wrap. I purposely go very light on ingredients so it can be wrapped up and still able to be eaten. These guys are clueless, tried wrapping it three times as I watched him destroy the wrap and get half the wrap condiments on the outside. I just had to walk out

I'm always in and out in less then 10 min, and I don't order online. Love their roast beef subs and the turkey is also delicious.
