I had the Lobster n Chicken hibachi, it was very disappointing. Usually go to Hana Japanese steakhouse in Cape, but friend said to go here as it was closer n food was supposed to be good. I could hardly find any lobster bits in my Lobster n Chicken Hibachi, which is almost $40. Dont mind the price at Hana. But this place, the chicken n rice had no flavor at all. Like boiled meat. The portion was for a kids meal, rice was tasteless n no seasoning like u expect from Hibachi, miso was in a cup n flavorless, salad literally was like 5 luttle pieces of lettuce. Anyway never again and do not recommend the hibachi here. Go to Hana they are really good.

Went out for lunch and decided on this place. We looked at the reviews and it seemed like a good choice. It was not crowded so they only had one server. The server went back and forth between feeding her child and serving patrons. The restroom needed some attention. The food was mediocre.

I just discovered this place a few months ago and the food is AMAZING! Everything is great minus the server… it’s a young asian lady (no offense at all!) she just has no personality to be a server …. She isn’t very friendly, she never greets anyone, she never smiles, and sometimes comes off rude or makes smart comments. I honestly do not like eating in environments where I do not feel welcomed and she definitely is not a very welcoming person …. She also sits on her phone and forgets to tend to customers . The sushi chef has better customer service than she does ! He always smiles and says hello, he’s even brought me my food and asked if everything was okay, which she did not. The sushi chef is amazing ! Super kind and makes the sushi rolls to perfection! This place would be a 5/5 if they replace the server with someone a little more friendly and welcoming!

We had a great lunch at Koto Sushi & Steakhouse Grill in Cape Coral. The sushi was fresh with great flavor, the place was clean, and the beer was ice-cold—just how we like it. The service was about as cold as the beer, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The food and atmosphere made up for it, and the prices were fair. We’ll definitely be back, even if the service doesn’t warm up!

Atmosphere is very clean but quiet. We ordered Togo our sushi because of our baby and it was absolutely delicious! 10/10 I recommend others to try this place.
