My guest ordered liver & onions it was burnt. They should have never brought it to the table. The server said she told the manager and she never did come and apologize.

Stopped by Mel’s on Monday around 12:30pm. This place was clean, neat, and busy. We got seated right away and Dee Dee was our waitress. I ordered the Western Black Angus Chopped Steak with Mashed Potatoes and Corn. My wife and our friend ordered the Mel’s Classic Cheeseburger with Cheese, Lettice, Tomato, Onions, Coleslaw, and Fries. Disappointed tonight after coming here for 10 years. Going to give it a break and try it again in a few months. Tonight after being seated there were 12 patrons after us who were served and getting their checks. I don’t mind waiting over an hour to eat but seeing 12 customers seated after us eat was a little much.
