Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Frozen yogurt is great no complaints there i am giving 1 star because I did not have a pleasant experience young blonde lady working there was extremely rude and my 8 year old pointed out how she was making faces at my family and I. I will take my business to the fort myers location instead.

I'll start by saying we love Menchie's. Unfortunately it would be nice if the employee's didn't empty the machines so early. We've come many times with plenty of time before closing and the machines are being cleaned. Why not have them clean the machines after closing, not an 1 1/2 prior to closing time. Some people drive 20 minutes to enjoy Menchie's only to be treated with 4 flavors.

We really enjoyed our yogurt, but our experience at this location was the best! Lilly greeted us as we walked in, told us about the flavors, and was so friendly. We really enjoyed just chatting with her. Best of luck in your adventures, Lilly! Now go get that semester at sea!!

This is a good place to get frozen yogurt . It’s very delicious . I love the vanilla snow flavor. They have a lot of flavors and a variety of toppings . The staff is very friendly . The young man with the dark brown hair is very friendly. He greeted me right away and explained to me about the place . He checked I got to-go tops which was very nice . Very professional and great customer service . I liked this place and would recommend it.

The frozen yogurt is delicious and a pretty decent value as well. Never had any issues with the yogurt or toppings being out of stock. Not much to say about the service as it’s self serve.

Love love love this place! My son loves to get his yogurt here and it’s our go to spot every weekend! Super clean and the staff is super friendly! Definitely recommend a nice treat for the family 🥰🫶🏻

Must be under different management. It's been closed weird hours and says open until 10, but it's 8, and it's closed. If hours are different due to certain circumstances, then a sign should be posted stating the temporary hours.

It's closed since the Hurricane. Maybe Milton or Helen.... say a lot of parcel servic stickers 😪😪

We have been going to Menchie’s on Pine Island road for years now! I love going in and seeing the store host family nights, they always have multiple yogurt flavors to pick from, the staff are always friendly, and let’s not forget about the custom cakes they make!!! Thank you Menchie’s for always making it a great experience when we come in!

Strawberry flavor is no good and white color..

Have been here 3 times in the last month and they seem to always be out of cookie dough. I asked if they had ran out of cookie dough and when she stated that they were out. I continued to ask if they ran out every night because they are always out when i stop by. She stated, “We keep boxes of it in store but when we run out we run out.” So they refuse to put out anymore because they can only put so much out in one day? I mean toppings are not free. She was obviously annoyed with my question. She told me my total and I asked if she could take my number. Happens every time with this individual- not the friendliest. I’ve never had this issue at the Fort Myers location. I’m not sure if it’s ran by two different individuals but this location could use some better customer service.

My little girl celebrated her first birthday with a frozen yogurt from Menchies! I was searching around for the best ice cream place to take her to for her special day, and Menchies was the winner! Sweet and thoughtful workers, tons of choices, clean place, and it also had a cute area out front with the large yard sized connect four which the 3 year olds enjoyed playing with. Thanks for the great time!
