“The food is good for a fast food type restaurant. The service is par for fast food. They have the tip jar out, but it's a walk of counter, and you go and retrieve your own food. I'm not sure why they expect a tip. And the atmosphere is a normal, for a fast food restaurant.“
“I love ordering from this place. they are fast, efficient, professional and kind. They have amazing problem solving skills and customer service. Today, I placed a delivery order and I couldn't find where to tell them i wanted extra cream and sugar on the side for my coffee. So i placed my order and called the store to see if I can get those on the side. A lady responded to the call, unfortunately I do not remember her name and I wish I did, but she was amazing, super nice, great customer service. When i got my order, she had placed those extra creamers and sugars in a little baggie for me. Thank you so much Panera and the team!“
