I ordered delivery today, while the delivery was smooth.. contacting the store was NOT. I called about the portion size of what I was given vs what I ordered, the “manager in training” talked to me
Like I was incompetent and because I called out how he was speaking to me and to watch his tone and that maybe more training is required because manager shouldn’t speak with a customer that way, he yells at me and says not to talk to him like that and quit being disrespectful as his manager and MY husband were listening. Mind you I ordered for my husband whom
Is fighting a cold and I was working from
Home and couldn’t leave. I don’t usually leave reviews, but change doesn’t happen being silent.

Been coming here since 2010. I weathered 2 price increases from $4 plus to $6 plus for a specialty bagel, cream cheese and medium coffee. Now the price is $7.11. I stopped going my 3-4 times a week and just went 1 time a month. This last time the specialty bagel was small and tasted like uncooked dough. I'm going to stop coming because the quality has gone down since 2010.

NO HOT COFFEE!!! This was a third trip back. We joined the Sip Club because we like the coffee. We have yet to get a good cup and when we tried to warm it up in the microwave, it wasn't working. Nothing worse than lukewarm coffee!

They ran out of bread... Restaurant really dirty, random stuff not picked up, everywhere. Fountain drinks taste like mold and obviously are never cleaned. They bungled my order, too.

I have no idea what happened to this business, but the quality of service and food has gone dramatically down over the past few years. My latest encounter was today when I came to buy two baguettes. I asked for pre-cooked ones, those that you can warm in the oven and get fresh ones. The person behind the counter pointed to the ones on the counter and said they are pre-cooked. Boy was I disappointed! The baguettes were dry and over cooked. She was obviously lying. When I called to complain the person that responded said they don’t sell anymore pre-cooked baguettes. Now I am stuck with plain, disgusting, and expensive bread that I will most likely throw away. This is a real scam

There were no pagers so I had to start my order over again. Employee didn’t even bother to put more pagers after learning there weren’t any left. There was a pile of dishes near the trash, very unsanitary. The bread was cold and hard. The sandwich did not taste right. With how expensive food is nowadays, service should be way better. Hopefully the management sees this so the place doesn’t flop. There were barely any customers so maybe the place is already going downhill.

Bought French baguette loaves. Not the same as they used to be. Not good and will not buy again. Thin. Did not rise enough. Not crusty on the outside like used to be. Texture inside is more dense and not full of holes and chewy. Wish they would go back to the old recipe !!!!!! Does not look the picture they advertise.

The lady who took care of us at the register was extremely nice, but whenever we got our order it was supposed to be dine-in instead of to-go because it’s our anniversary, and we wanted to enjoy sitting in. The woman behind food bar with dark hair and a ponytail, said she would change it which I told her thank you very much and she just had a rude attitude about it. When she put the food down she slammed it down and gave me a nasty look. Even when your having a bad day, it’s easier to be nice than to be rude. Definitely will not be coming back.🤝🏽

I was going to get the creamy chicken and wild rice soup as a you pick two. I scrolled and saw the family soup for 4 deal for $21 dollars and decided I could get way more product that will last me a couple meals. I was wrong. When I got the meal I was severely disappointed in the amount I had gotten for the price. It was one container the size of 2 bowls worth of soup. I paid almost 9 dollars extra to get the same amount of product I could have gotten for $13. The way they advertise it is extremely misleading for the amount they actually give you. To make matters worse……they gave me chicken noodle soup instead of the soup I asked for. I spent 21 dollars on soup I can’t even eat because I am gluten sensitive. I hope the company can fix this issue. I learned my lesson today and wont make the mistake of going there again. Incredibly disappointed to waste so much money on nothing.

The food was Panera standard. Nothing was amiss. It was busy but the food came out in a reasonable time. I was pretty cold in the restaurant but my husband didn't complain. The staff helped clear our tables which was very nice.

This is why I don't come to Panera anymore. Does their photo (1st one) look anything like what you get. Where's the beef!! No I don't want extra I just want what's advertised! I only stopped to use a GC I've had for a couple years. Would never pay for it.
