Food is pretty good for the price. The service is decent, not the best, the atmosphere is also pretty decent place could use some renovations, not much has changed here for many years. I will continue to eat here occasionally

First time at Panera Bread. There was no line at the register and 4 people waiting for food.I ordered a soup bowl ( broccoli and cheese) it was very good.Less than a 5 minute wait from order to exit.I didn't give 5 stars because it wasn't a good test. It was late and they weren't busy. 4 stars it very very good in my book. ???

So I just want to share with you I had lunch with my mom today here at Panera and the food's always good and I have to say the atmosphere is okay really had no table service cuz that's the way they are and no one asked so regardless the food is still good and it's all about the company that I keep have a wonderful

Went there on Sunday for lunch with mom and daughter the broccoli cheese soup was cold after waiting on food. I told Emily very nicely that the soup was cold, Emily came back with a reply of the microwave is over there. I microwaved three cups of soup. I spoke to manager and she said did we want new soups no other compensation. I made the soup hot. I will not be returning. Emily need training none the less lunch was over 40 dollars

Panera advertising on TV Running a special for a dollar soup with an entree. When you go online and you order an entree and you add soup and put the promo code in it doesn't take off the money so we went to the location on pine Island who then proceeded to tell us that the offer was online only even though she couldn't explain how to get the offer added to the order so we ended up paying for full price on the soup.If you're going to run a special don't make it overly complicatedBecause all that does is make me think it's a total scam. Won't be reordering anytime soon.
