Panera is a great place…I got the drink promotion; but I noticed that at times coffee is not fresh or like today there was no dark roast ( not the first time) food used to be better and more not sure what is going on. Cape Coral parkway is a very nice, great atmosphere; but drinks and food are not what they use to.

Half a sandwich and salad was $20. Sandwich was literally 3 bites. Salad had a bunch of brown lettuce and a weird taste. Way overpriced and quality has gone downhill greatly. It's a shame, I used to love Panera.

The onion soup had good flavor but I was disappointed that it did not have enough onions and there was close to no cheese. Service was ok but I did notice one of the servers grabbing bread with her bare hands, no gloves and no use of tongs. The establishment was comfortable.
