Picked up pizza. While I was waiting the manager was arguing with girl running cash register. Management rule #1 - Praise in public, punish in private.

We ordered 5 pizzas and bread sticks. 3 hand tossed and 2 thin crust. When they came out I said the thin crust looked burnt and I squeezed the end of the crust of my fingers and it sounded like a cracker. They said that's how it is. So I won't be going back there to get thin crust pizza.

It brought me tears that the manager was so nice and sympathetic that she donated a pizza and wings to a homeless and disabled veteran during the Thanksgiving Holiday. God bless this location and the manager for showing the spirit of Thanksgiving!

They use to have great pizza' s but they must of changed their sauce because it doesn't taste like it use to. People aren't always polite and service isn't great either. Stopped going there awhile back.

One of the best Pizza Hut franchises around. I love my local Pizza Hut; Ron and Miranda are absolutely wonderful. My product is always right, always fresh, and always delivered with quality in mind. Mistakes happen occasionally, but they always do what it takes to make it right. For that reason, I will be there once, if not twice, a week! I love the promotions. Make sure you download the app and check them out before you order, as they always save me a bunch of money!

We placed a big order an hour before they closed for Hurricane Milton and was told the wait time was 20 minutes, and while waiting in our car, one of the employees came delivered it to us outside.

$9.99 for wings and 1 small cup of ranch doesn’t even come with the order? That’s disgraceful!

Overall, it’s not bad. We’re 5 miles away from them and they won’t deliver to us so we have to order through GrubHub…which kinda stinks cause we can’t take advantage of any deals so the pizzas are all $20+ for a medium or large. The deep dish though is typically pretty good, my main complaint is that they don’t have all of their toppings available on GrubHub. They have the braised bbq beef at this store and you can’t order it unless you pick it up, which unfortunately is not an option for me…I wish it was but it is not. I called and asked if they could put that topping on instead of regular beef and the girl who answered the phone was sorta rude and laughed and said no. They then added that you can put notes on each pizza and it says you can request toppings and they would upcharge as needed so I ordered a pizza and put on the notes that I’d like the braised bbq beef and again, they would not do it. If it’s in the notes, I don’t see why it’s that big of a deal to do…especially since they can up charge me if needed.

I’m just in here to complain about the $5+ delivery fee. You want me to pay this fee and then I have to tip on top of that. No thx. Plus I guarantee you the store keeps it for themselves instead of giving it to the drivers. What a joke.
