I rarely come here. This is the place where everyone speaks Spanish, and if you don't, you'll have difficulty ordering as I did again today. Some staff speak no English. I was with a Spanish speaker today, so I lamented. Otherwise, it's a hard pass for me.

Constantly an issue every time I order from here . There’s always a missing item or messed up order or left out ingredient due to them not double checking or a left out sauce .they’re constantly out of menu items late tonight I had to ask for avocado on my “cilantro garlic tropichop “ …. Then when they gave it they didn’t even bother cutting it up . Like come on

I would recommend this pollo to someone who is looking for a last option meal late at night, or on break at work looking for something filling. Dirty inside, staff isn’t very friendly only saying the basic lines, they are always out of something important whether it’s the chicken itself, white rice, etc.
I ordered 2 whole chickens and they gave me parts of the chickens (with only 1 chicken they made 2 orders. The rice had a bad taste

Waited two hours for food and never got it.. While they were under construction inside it was a mess outside... Still not refunded for the food I never received... No answer when I call...... Another issue at Pollo once again when you go pick up your food the employees there just plain ignore you they don't look at you they don't make eye contact but they see you standing there and make you just wait they're too busy talking with each other sorry Pollo you're losing my business this time.. and the portion is so much smaller.... On a better note there is one older gentleman at the register who is always very helpful he is the only employee helpful there.. and was never refunded or credited a year ago when this location was doing construction...
