I had a wonderful experience with this Pollo Tropical restaurant, My family took me to this restaurant for dinner so I can get my hungry mess over, The wait time was perfectly 5 or 4 minutes but nothing to worry about that lol. But the employees were friendly aswell! The dinner I ordered, Was black beans and rice. And it was extremely delicious for me! It made me eat more for 2 times at my table.
Mind for myself, I’m gonna visit this place again!

RUDE EMPLOYEES I went there on Jan 3rd at 4pm and ordered tostones with beef and they gave me 3 tostones with a little tiny bit of meat and a load of peppers, I mean it was ridiculous .I always order this platter and never had that issue, I tell the manager that's there a short blonde girl that has the worst attitude and she brings me a spoon to show me how much is supposed to be on it, she was quick to argue, instead of making things right as they didn't put the correct amount as I always order this item instead of remaking it the right away she was happy to return my money so I went to another location where they made it the right way! It was further but worth it, the employees at this location are the worst

The food is great but I get the shittiest attitude from staff every time I’m there. Not sure what that’s about.
I placed an online order for pickup. Got there and went to the counter. There was one other person in front of me who got service right away. I stepped up when it was my turn, and the lady working the orders had the worst look on her face and didn’t even look at me. Stood there for ten minutes while she gave other customers their order, never looking directly at me. It’s like I wasn’t even there. Finally someone from the other side of the counter came over to help me. It took that person about ten seconds to find my order and give it to me.

I ordered online they told me it was ready cool, then I wait over 20 minutes and it wasn’t even busy and they messed my order up gave me a whole chicken instead of pork and chicken no sauce I’m very annoyed

My husband and I ate here for the first time the food was delicious 😋. I had the pulled pork sandwich with fries and a drink for 10.99. My husband had the grilled chicken sandwich and mashed potatoes with gravy with a drink also 10.99.Highly recommend 5 stars across the board!!!

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years and used to love it, but unfortunately, the quality has taken a serious nosedive. I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap last night and ended up with food poisoning. It’s incredibly disappointing to see a place I once trusted let their standards drop this low. I won’t be returning, and I hope they take steps to address food safety and quality before more loyal customers get hurt.
