The last three times I’ve ordered from this location something has been wrong. I said three times that I wanted the beans on the side. I don’t eat beans but get them on the side for my husband so my meal was ruined by that. It was 50% rice 50% beans
Ask for brown rice twice and got white rice. Asked for raw onions which has always been part of their sauce list and was told they don’t have it. A. You have to have raw onion to make sautéed onion b. The app still lists raw onion even with the new menu changes. I’ve gone to this location for years and years but I will not go back and waste money on wrong food

I rarely come here. This is the place where everyone speaks Spanish, and if you don't, you'll have difficulty ordering as I did again today. Some staff speak no English. I was with a Spanish speaker today, so I lamented. Otherwise, it's a hard pass for me.

Constantly an issue every time I order from here . There’s always a missing item or messed up order or left out ingredient due to them not double checking or a left out sauce .they’re constantly out of menu items late tonight I had to ask for avocado on my “cilantro garlic tropichop “ …. Then when they gave it they didn’t even bother cutting it up . Like come on

I would recommend this pollo to someone who is looking for a last option meal late at night, or on break at work looking for something filling. Dirty inside, staff isn’t very friendly only saying the basic lines, they are always out of something important whether it’s the chicken itself, white rice, etc.
