I rarely come here. This is the place where everyone speaks Spanish, and if you don't, you'll have difficulty ordering as I did again today. Some staff speak no English. I was with a Spanish speaker today, so I lamented. Otherwise, it's a hard pass for me.
I would recommend this pollo to someone who is looking for a last option meal late at night, or on break at work looking for something filling. Dirty inside, staff isn’t very friendly only saying the basic lines, they are always out of something important whether it’s the chicken itself, white rice, etc.
It had been a while since I’ve eaten at Pollo Tropical. There were some changes to the menu, but it really didn’t matter. I feel like you can’t have bad food here. My first made me want to dance in my seat so I did! Lol! A gentleman in the dining room saw me seat dancing and agreed that the food was worthy of the celebration dance. Food service, and atmosphere are all very good along with great prices. This is definitely my favorite fast food. If you can even call it that.
