Atrocious service. We felt like we were a complete inconvenience to the staff. Food was good, except our order was wrong and they didn't give us any sauce... and only 1 person spoke decent English. We'll never be back. Dining room could definitely use some attention... although no one else was eating in.

Blackened chicken and chicken sandwiches are my go too, amazing food always made fresh and with big portions. Store inside is clean and employees are fire. Highly recommend

Very disappointed, they lady at the drive-thru today around lunch time was absolutely rude. I live in Cape Coral for the past 25 years and know this town. The way she spoke to me in the drive thru was so unprofessional! I will be no longer going here!! I left straight to KFC and the service was .( Very Professional and friendly) If this really matters to corporate they need to handle this matter and I’m 100% sure more people have complained about this lady!!!

I tried to Uber Eat an order and the manager called me from the Uber drivers phone to say they were out of Chicken Sandwiches and to cancel my order, which without thinking I did, but I was charged for the whole order as the app said they had already started making it and the driver got his tip and I got nothing!! No way had they started the order since the manager called to say they were out of Chicken Sandwiches!!!! And neither Uber Eats or Popeyes would make it right!!! Stupidily I went through the drive thru today and we got 3 original chicken sandwiches and 2 out of 3 were hard and inedible!! Appeared to be from all day (or day before) and refried. The one that wasn't was a special order. So very disappointed in this place, have no intention of ever going back!!!

While it took a little longer than it should have just to acknowledge my presence at the drive thru speaker, once my order was taken I was at the window and received my large order within 5 minutes. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious.

ZERO stars. Ordered chicken Sandwiches, wings and fries. No rice for red beans and no mashed potatoes.Fries were more of a half order each and so greasy! The chicken sandwich was disgustingly oily, tasted of old oil, left film in our mouths, tough and grainy, just gross! We love Popeyes and never experienced this terrible food at any other location. The tables were all a mess. No napkins to clean it, food all over the floor under tables - just disgusting. No soap in ladies restroom to towels! Corporate needs a surprise visit there.

Awful customer service. My chicken sandwich was handed to me before they gave me back my card. I had to ask for it back 3 times. The girls working were mean, flippant, and when I went inside to retrieve my receipt, the girl came to the counter with her arms crossed and an attitude the size of Nevada. I could not bring myself to eat my sandwich because I was afraid she might have spit in it. It wasn't even busy. No one should be treated like that. No excuses. Do not eat at this location. It's awful. And I love Popeyes, but this was horrible! This location is not worthy of the name.
