This Popeyes location is phenomenal. They had a Sunday afternoon rush and handled it professionally, timely and went above and beyond with their customer service skills.

We love this Popeyes! Chicken sandwiches, Tenders, fries are always amazing! The soda on the other hand can be hit or miss. The food at this location is always delicious, hot and fresh! Great Popeyes!

This afternoon I stopped by for a quick bite at my local Popeyes. Located at 3111 NE Pine Island Rd, Fort Myers, FL 33909

The restaurant wasn't busy at all, probably because it's was past the lunch hour rush. #Popeyes #Lunch

I noticed no matter what fast food place you go to, the employee's customer service is hit and miss. I got to tell you todays encounter was by far not where it should have been.

Upon entering the establishment, I observed a single customer ahead of me, awaiting their order. During this time, the manager passed by me without acknowledging my presence. Furthermore, the individual who finally took my order did not offer any form of greeting or recognition.

While I was enjoying my meal, I observed the manager go outside to take the trash to the dumpster, on her way back she paused for a smoke break and check her cellphone. I noticed that after she finished, she re-enter the store and proceeded directly to her office and sat down, without washing her hands.

It's a shame because I love Popeye's chicken 🍗 #shame #chicken
