We live in Chicago but also own a home in the Cape. Every morning while here we walk to Pure green . Everyone here is so friendly and positive . My daughter looks forward to waking up and seeing Bella and Grace . They always have such an amazing and positive energy. We definitely miss them when we leave back home.

Been coming to this location often. Recieved 15% through an email. The employee didn’t apply the discount on a combo which is $18 that I ordered. Instead charged me for two individual items and applied it on there. The coupon doesn’t state cannot be applied to a combo.

I get the peanut butter smoothies as they are both healthy and taste great! Grace is always fast and friendly so picking up a pre order, or ordering at the counter is easy as can be.

When we walked in, we were greeted with hello how are you doing and we had two or three questions about smoothies, which they answered fully and was very Courteous and getting our special order and it was a fast service. We are very pleased.

Bella at Pure Green is such a blessing. She goes above and beyond being someone that makes amazing smoothies and açaí bowls. She is an outstanding role model to my teen daughters. My daughters want to go to college and work at Pure Green because of her. She’s a great ambassador for health and academics. We love coming to Pure Green in great measure to see her gorgeous smile and experience her cool vibes!

I appreciate the response, but respectfully, this was not a minor “consistency variation.” I’ve had açaí from many different locations and brands and have never once been handed something with the consistency of milk. This wasn’t slightly soft or melted — it was completely liquified, as if it had been intentionally left out for an extended period of time before being served.

And while you say your staff is trained to treat every guest with kindness regardless of tipping, that unfortunately was not my experience at all. The employee I dealt with came across as irritated, dismissive, and visibly annoyed from the start. Customers absolutely notice tone and attitude, especially in customer service.

The missing peanut butter was also never addressed. I paid for an item that simply wasn’t included. Combined with the attitude and the condition of the bowl, the entire interaction felt careless and below the standard your response claims the business upholds.

I’m not looking for scripted damage control or excuses about stabilizers and sugar content. I’m simply sharing the experience I actually had as a paying customer.
