The last two visits have been very tasty, but for some reason I can’t ever order guacamole from this location, it’s always brown and gross smelling. I get delivery often but the store isn’t so far from me to where the guacamole should be turning brown but that’s my only complaint. Other than that, the bowls are delicious! I feel like Qdoba is so slept on, way better than Chipotle! The birria meat is so good in a bowl with white rice and a mix of both beans. Love their fresh fajita veggies as well, adds a great crunch to the bowls.

When there was a mistake making my food the manager refused to offer any sort of solutions and lacked customer service skills or effort.

AMAZING FOOD. I got a bowl with white rice, black beans, adobo chicken, cotija cheese, shredded cheese, pico de gallo, pickled jalapenos, sour cream, and cilantro! We also got queso and chips! Queso was warm and delicious and chips were crispy and warm. So so good. I LOVED my bowl so much you HAVE to get the pickled jalapenos they were awesome and added spice and yummy flavor! Highly recommend this food.

Super affordable and fresh food! I got the birria nachos for $12. They do not charge extra for guacamole or queso. The portions are huge, I shared the nachos with my two daughters and we could not finish it all.

I ordered from Uber Eats a few days ago. The order consisted of two steak burritos and what I received was two rice burritos with maybe two or three pieces of steak. The burritos felt heavy when I took them out of the bag and when I opened it, there was no meat or toppings. I thought chipotle was stingy with meat but this tops it. I ordered one with guacamole, pickled onions, pickled jalapeños, pico de gallo and salsa. I did not receive any of these toppings, only RICE!!! It was basically a rice burrito for $15. It is definitely not worth the money. This is the first and last time I will try Qdoba! Management you need to get your employees trained if you want to stay in business.

Terrible customer service!!!! I ordered a mini bowl and asked for extra queso, not expecting that extra would be free and the person playing boss said "we can't put extra on a mini bowl". What the heck!!! When I got to the register to pay for the $9 bowl I mentioned that I've never been to a place where you couldn't get extra items when you order them. She says well we could give you a scoop extra but it will be $2.50 extra. Hello that's what I requested when you were making the bowl EXTRA!! The person working on the order did not comprehend English which was also a issue. We will never go back to the

again due to the customer service alone!!! The food I will say was good.

Apparently there is a policy change where Qdoba charges $2 for adding white rice to their 3-cheese nachos. I have been going to Qdoba for over 15 years and this has never been a thing. If you want to raise prices then raise prices, this is the most ridiculous policy I have ever heard of. This went from being my favorite restaurant to my least favorite with this one policy. Do not eat here! -A former Qdoba enjoyer

I placed an order for pickup and arrived minutes before the time set on the order. I lived less than 5 minutes away. One of the burritos was cold. Not even warm. I called the store to let them know and to be aware of the terrible food being served and the young kid had an attitude problem. I didn't even called to get anything out of it but to make sure that this doesn't happen to others and to correct your error. Obviously, there is a lack of training, lack of leadership, and a lack of accountability. I don't recommend placing orders from this store in Pine Island.

The girl that seems to be the "manager" with blonde long hair and accent is extremely rude to every costumer and everytime you ask her something she rolls her eyes and gives you attitude , food is great but she's terrible.

My family has enjoyed Qdoba in Cape Coral off of Pine Island rd up until today 8/8/24. It’s been a couple months or so since I’ve stopped in there, must be new management because this experience was very disappointing. All new faces, the young ladies who waited on me were very pleasant and nice but the food quality has gone down. We always get the same thing so I know what burritos used to be and what they are now. Barely any meat and I’m not exaggerating. I asked the girl, is that all the chicken, it was barely a spoonful Now I’m telling you it wasn’t even a full spoon, the girl looked at me and said yes that’s all it’s one spoon. I was ordering two burritos and a quesadilla all had barely any meat. And the burritos when rolled were barely bigger than an egg roll. I knew at this point I would not be back. I had a free chips and queso, so I asked for an extra, large, queso (we like queso). I knew I would have to pay for the extra queso. I got home and the large queso cups were only a quarter full. If it was free and a quarter full maybe I would let it slide but I paid full price for one and $2 for the other. It’s unfortunate this has happened. The previous manager who had a European accent and blond hair was super friendly, remembered me and my family any time we went in and made food that was worth what they charged. I understand they need to make money but I no longer feel like $10 plus dollars is worth a tortilla rolled like an egg roll. Oh and I could have had another “spoon” of
Chicken for an extra $3.50
