QDOBA Mexican Eats

I had a very disappointing experience at this Qdoba location. The server -the man Latin one, preparing my order seemed rushed from the start and ended up making mistakes with my meal because he was more focused on the customer behind me than on completing my order correctly. He also had a noticeably unpleasant attitude throughout the interaction. To make things worse, he took a phone call in the middle of serving me and completely stopped working on my order, leaving me waiting without any explanation. This level of service is unacceptable, and I hope management addresses it so other customers don’t go through the same experience.

Forgot 1 of our 3 orders for a to go order. When I called the shift manager barley spoke English and couldnt help me get my refund. Total mess there.

“I have to say, this is our first time here and we were really impressed. The place is very clean and the atmosphere is pleasant. Some of the comments comparing this place to Chipotle are honestly unbelievable—this place is far better. The two Chipotle locations in the Cape are dirty and not well-kept, but this place beats them by a mile. The food is amazing, and the photos don’t lie!” I definitely will be coming back

Young man working the counter in a yellow shirt should be the manager considering he was the one manning the very busy fort while the manager in black had horrible service and even worse attitude how he got that job and not the young man in yellow is beyond me!

Giuliano was kind and funny while letting me know about the wide selection in the menu.

Kevin is nice and always seems to bring a positive uplifting atmosphere any place he steps foot in.
