I've been going to rib City since the '90s. I've never had a bad meal until this week. I ordered takeout the baby back ribs were so overdone the meat tips were as hard as the bones. We had to wrap the ribs in wet paper towels and microwaved them for a few minutes so that we could chew them. They were that dry.

Some of my family seem to enjoy this place so my mom picked it for her bday dinner. It was my first time here and I have to say it left a lot to be desired. I will start by saying that the servers were awesome with our party and got everything right and were wonderful! The food tho was cold, bland, overpriced for what you receive and just not appetizing. Only thing I really enjoyed was my side salad. The tables were very sticky with sauce and not clean either. I did not say anything about anything cause things happen but I will not be back.

Definitely not like the other rib city. Service was horrible and very unwelcoming. The food was even worse. Definitely will not be coming back here. Was definitely a shocker considering how much we like the Cape Pkwy location! Definitely need to step it up.

Arrived at 4:30. My husband and I ordered 2 brisket dinners, both with beans and French fries. The sides were good, but the brisket was beyond horrible!!! It was dried out and loaded with pepper!!! We could barely chew it. We were chewing it and spitting it back out. Disgusting. Like it was leftover from the previous day and microwaved and loaded with pepper to hide the taste of bad meat!!! Shame on you people!!! We're not the type of people to make a scene or send the food back, but we will not be back. We've eaten ribs here many times before and it was good, but this did it for us. When people pay good money to eat at your establishment, they shouldn't be served food that's not even fit for a dog!!!

Ribs were fall off the bone as advertised. As a southern the okra was on point. The Tony’s platter was a great option to share with my wife.
Okay, this place is more or less a hit and miss. Every time I try to give this place a second chance. They find something to Mess up from not giving You the food that You paid for promising to give You discounts later that No One can Find Or serving you food That seems to be on the stove for a very long time and dried out. Maybe they only do this for the take out orders and save only the good stuff for the people in the Restaurant. there are young teens that they have working up at the front Entrance taking orders And answering phone calls. They seem to be more interested in playing with each other. Than to be making sure customers are satisfied. They can't even make sure that the orders are correct. Obviously they are not checking them before they walk out the door everyone is quick to say that sorry and say, we'll give you a discount next time. They never write it down and when you go in and ask for it. Everyone looks at you like you're a martian from another planet. I usually go to mission barbecue where the service is awesome. I tried to get this place a second chance to prove to me that they are worthy of me eating there. And here again they have failed my advice to you is don't take out check your orders. And if they promise you a discount on your next order, just forget about it. I know I won't be eating there anytime soon again.

Had a delicious meal at Rib city, great service and the food was fresh. This rib city always provides good service and food. Delicious cheese fries and chicken tenders ( we get them mild) I actually think Rib City is the BEST place for boneless chicken tenders; they are soft kind of like Publix ones & the outside isn't too crunchy & good flavor- if you have never tried get the loaded cheese fries and chicken tenders . Best spicy ranch too! ?
