We all know it it's way overprice then the help is looking for tips sorry I can't give you a tip but the prices are so high I could barely afford it that's why I don't go there twice I went there no way I could afford $6 for a coffee that's crazy

They do seem to be slow at times but staff is nice and definitely doing their best. It's possibly just a staffing issue. Food and drinks are always on point.

Went twice while on vacation at different times of the day. Neither of which were peak times and waited over 10 minutes for 1 drink!! Manager didn’t step in to help make things go faster, just looked at the 15 people waiting for a drink look at him. The standard of service here is terrible.

Had to delete my 5 star review from before due to a very RUDE and condescending black girl with a cow ring on her nose, was very rude to my elderly parents, and judging by her temperament this wasn’t the first time she has been rude to the elderly folk, she is lucky I wasn’t in the car or else I would have thrown the drink in her pig nose face!

Been here before always busy always packed but got to say very quick the service atmosphere is really nice definitely recommend coming here just wish it was a little bit bigger for the amount of traffic this Starbucks gets

Coffee was good. Didn't love hearing ALL the employees personal discussions complaining about their social anxiety, triggers & micro aggressions. They would make the flagship store proud I'd assume.

I recently moved basically across the street from this Starbucks, and happen to be someone who gets coffee near every morning… I was very unpleasantly surprised when I had to wait 30 minutes for a coffee.. not because of a line because of slow service. I’ve seen many occasions where there is one car at the window and they ask you to wait to put in your order. I’ve gotten cold breakfast sandwiches on numerous occasions, my coffee is unstirred and improperly balanced most days, and the location has one way in and out that can become a hassle if the line is long due to blockage. There are many Starbucks around the US that experience high volume in the morning and have never failed to manage it… however this is not one of them and I find it worth the extra 10 minutes of commute to drive to the Starbucks on Pine Island Rd.Parking: Plaza location is poor, few parking, and line overlaps parking spots which can result in vehicles being trapped.
