I've been to Starbucks on Surfside, Cape Coral 5 times in the past 2 months with my cousin. The workers have yet to get my orders made correctly!! Today the store was filthy, garbage over flowing, tables dirty AND THERE WERE AT LEAST 5 FLIES IN THE FOOD SHOWCASE!!! (cake slices and misc. items) when I asked the staff. they said they knew about the flies and that they do not sell the items to customers from the food showcase.

Yesterday, after my drink was made wrong, I watched the barista scrape off the topping on the drink, of course it’s running over the side...I then watch her use her finger to scrape the side of the cup and put it back inside the cup.
When she attempted to hand it to me, sticky, and after using her hand to put the contents back in..I asked for a new drink. No problem, she was very kind and probably hadn’t realized she had even done it.

The drive thru regularly wraps around the building, especially in the morning, with many to go orders ready for pick up. Despite this, it is one of the fastest Starbucks, with orders often taking only a few minutes. The staff is well staffed, working hard to keep up, yet remains super chill, kind, professional, and warm, greeting customers warmly. The management is impressive. Specific acts of kindness are noted, such as staff graciously replacing a spilled coffee for free and helping to find pup cups for a trunk or treat, highlighting their willingness to go above and beyond. However, some issues are mentioned, including a favorite sandwich never being in stock and a complaint about a coffee being only three quarters full when a larger size was ordered. On weekends, there might be a little extra wait as it is the only coffee shop in west Cape Coral.
