I ordered through the drive through just a simple order a number 2 with large cheese fry and number 7 for my partner went I got my order I felt like something was missing and sure enough my cheese fry was missing no big deal I’ll just go in and get it well when I went it I stood at the counter for 10 min even tried to get the grill guy’s attention and he completely ignored me so I went to the other counter and one of the employees was confused as to why there was a fry so I had to scream to get there attention to let them know that it was my fry this could’ve all been prevented if you all weren’t playing in the back laughing and joking around and focused on getting peoples orders right very unprofessional.

They always forget somthing in delivery orders. I dont know what kind of management you have there but they clearly need to be re-trained on making sure everything is in the bag before they send it out. Its every time I order from here yall need to step it up

This location has the worst food! The old guy on the grill that either cant speak any English or acts like he can't to avoid customer service doesn't know how to cook simple burgers. Got home from a pick order and the meat was PINK inside!! How hard is it to flip burgers??? Its not rocket science yet somehow this guy fails the simple task of cooking meat all the way through. Not to mention the food was thrown in the bag by whoever packed it so the cheese fries where leaking out onto the rest of the food in the order and on top they didn't even get the order completely right. One of the burgers out of the 3 ordered should have been a Garlic butter burger from the combo meal menu, it wasnt.. instead they gave us a regular burger off the 4meal deal menu which are always smaller with less meat. Whoever runs this place isnt doing their job because no one else working there is either.😤
