Very disappointed as all steak and shakes offer a military discount. This one apparently is special doesn't not honor steak shake policy. Food is alright. Shakes always delicious

Racism condoned in this business. Out of nowhere these driver behind me on the drive thru today around 2:48pm started shouting racial slur. I informed cashier to call manager to inform him what was the situation. Cashiered laughed as if it was funny. Manager “Sam” was totally unprofessional and said angrily: what do you want me to do?, it’s the streets and they can say whatever they want” No intention on de escalating the tense situation. I simply drove away. I want zero part of a business that condones racism.

The service outside is terrible, that is to say horrible. After waiting 20 minutes, I got to the window and only ordered a strawberry milkshake and when they got there they asked me what my order was. Personally, I have never set foot in that place again in my life.

Come on man. I wait 10 minutes for a milkshake in the drive through for it to be not filled all the way, but also tasted like garbage. The syrup for the milkshake was sitting at the bottom of the cup. It’s one thing for me to wait for ten minutes, but it’s another to make it not full and such garbage quality. I’m gonna make things right myself, by not coming back.
