Not the nicest place to hang out, but at least they get the order right. Please give your secrets to the Santa Barbara location, they can't get a simple order correct. Ordered through the app, everything was right and hot!

For someone ordering and having wings-stop for the very first time this was a TERRIBLE first experience!! I can admit when I placed my order out for delivery it was pretty close to closing time however the store was still open. Placing my order, the kitchen decided just to not make my order !! If I would have received just a call or a heads up saying that my order couldn’t be made since it was so close till closing time I Would Have Completely Understood!! Except I was left unexpected and dinner-less throughout the night !!

food was fine, was told 10-15 min wait time and stood around for 35, people who came in after me got their food first. It was ridiculous mr ross would be disappointed.

How do you have a name like wingstop and can't even make original buffalo wings to save your life. I ordered 30 wings yesterday and threw out 25 wings to the trash they were under cooked and instead of being buffalo/hot wings they were undercooked and coated in a redish oil 🤮 this place is a joke just like buffalo wild wings!

Order through uber eats app. Never an issue til today. Food was missing. I called the manager was rude. Told me I was lying. I couldn't understand his name but to the manager who worked on September 15,2024, to spend that much money to feed my family and to be missing food and customer service was awful. I will not be ordering from you again. And the chicken sandwich was just thrown together with grated cheese on top. Wow good job there it was dry and not garlic parm

the last few times i’ve ordered here the food wasn’t great and honestly tasted a bit like chemicals. i don’t recommend the chicken sandwich but whoever made my food this time needs a raise ASAP. the voodoo fries? delicious. the wings? even better. my thanks to the chef?‼️

I ordered online, first time ordering with Wingstop. As soon as payment went through it gave me a pick up time, within a minute I called the location to schedule for a later pickup due to I was over a half hour away traveling towards Cape Coral. The phone rang until disconnected or hung up on, not sure which. I called back a few minutes later, which was still before the pick up time that they estimated and the girl was telling me that it was already ready, we're talking 11 minutes before the pick up time and 5 minutes after the order was completed. I went to the location and picked up my food, drove to my girlfriend's house and we have no fries with our food and food was lukewarm due to not being able to back up the pick up time.
Being able to effectively communicate with the people on the other end of the phone is very important, I feel that this could be improved upon. Thank you.

This location constantly has their phone off for when I try to call in my order. When I get there (when I can order) I try to inform them of what I ordered and they act as if they don't know what I'm talking about. I show coupons and three different people had to come up front to try to figure out the deal. Had wrong order last time I was there. When I called about the messed up order when they finally turned their phone off of "Hold Calls" I was immediately put on hold by them just setting the phone down. I heard a customer walk in and they took his order without even talking to me. I was able to drive to the business while still on hold and walked in and they still had the phone off the hook and spoke to me in person. Once I informed them several times I was the person they put in hold, the associate got an attitude and didn't want to help me with my issue. I the. Heard her yelling at the manager on duty and yet she's still employed there. Took them about 30 min to fix their mess up on my order.

Would not take my order, refused, spoke no english. They do not like white folk. I have tried to eat here a few times, it's unbelievable no one cares at this business. I have also called to make an order and they hang up if you don't spk Spanish.

Every time I come to this location, my food is usually hot, and up to standards but today I went for a pick up order after not being able to eat fast food for awhile because I recently had an allergic reaction and my food was cold, my bbq boneless wings were dry, and they forgot my ranch. Super upsetting especially after being on a probiotic diet for so long. hope this doesn’t happen again considering it’s one of my favorite fast food places.
