This place is trash! Ordered food at 5:30, they told us 20 minutes. ONE HOUR LATER WAITING & nothing. We ended up leaving without our food & got our money back. Apparently they ‘lost’ our ticket. Get it together wing stop.

Unbearable Atmosphere; My visit to [Wingstop] was ruined by freezing temperatures and obnoxiously loud music. The uncomfortable conditions made it nearly impossible to enjoy my meal. I strongly urge the management to address these issues for the sake of their patrons' comfort.

At this location, they won't mix sauces. They will at the Santa Batbara location. Very one tone, not friendly. No smile. If you have a problem. It's your problem, is the attitude I got. Not sure how this location can be so different from the Santa Barbara location. Santa Barbara is friendly, prompt to help make your dinning experience fun and enjoyable. The food was also better prepared at the Santa Barbara location. They over season at Pine Island location. So, I say this Wingstop on Pine Island is one to avoid. Drive a couple miles to Santa Barbara.

I would give this place more stars but every time I order from them and ask for the option of having their fries “well done” it’s NEVER well done. They’re always soft and soggy no matter if you ask for well done or not. Tonight was the last straw. There’s other wing places out there.
