Fun place to go we always have a great time but unfortunately the quality of the food is not a good as it was. I had the fish and chips and the fish has a very thick batter more batter than fish. I also had a rum bucket which was extremely week not in no hurry to go back

Important to know they have an adjusted menu. What you see on line isn't available. The night we went the staff got the orders wrong for 2 of us. They did fix it, but the staff was frazzled which probably lead to the issue. You have to take the ferry to get there and Captain Jon was great. The boat ride was very enjoyable and the atmosphere is great. If you are going just for drinks, probably fine but until they have a full menu, I'd skip it.

We enjoyed a fantastic evening at Rum Bay Restaurant on Palm Island. The quick water taxi ride over just adds to the experience — it feels like a little adventure before dinner even begins.
We went with a group of friends and had a wonderful night. The food was excellent, the atmosphere relaxed and coastal, and the service friendly and attentive. It’s the kind of place where you can unwind, enjoy great conversation, and take in the island vibe.
A memorable dinner spot and well worth the short boat ride. We’ll definitely be back!

Went to Rum Bay for Valentine’s Day dinner. Ordered the Taste of Rum Bay and a side plate of grouper. Coconut shrimp wee good. Wings were good. Ribs were dry and tough. Had to gnaw them off the bone. My grouper was grossly under cooked ie, raw. Had it sent back and removed from the bill. The narrow end of my sisters grouper was cooked but the larger end was raw. Couldn’t eat it. Her ribs were tough and dry also. Daughter had a lobster roll that was imitation crab and overcooked lobster (super rubbery). Husband’s dinner was fine but he requested seasoned rice and the server brought a Caesar salad. Never got the rice. Party of 6 seated next to us was plastered and VERY LOUD. Would not recommend this restaurant. Very disappointed. Spent way too much money on sub-standard food. Chef/cook should be ashamed mad embarrassed. Best part of the evening was the boat ride.

The food was absolutely fantastic. The burger was the best burger I think I have ever had. Cooked perfectly. And the flavor, wow, out of this world.

What a fun place! Got there when they opened...seated outside...so great. Food was fabulous! You get HUGE servings! Tropical Salad was amazing. Definitely a must when in the area!
50 minute wait for quite possibly the worst burgers we’ve ever had. At least the waitress was nice.

Beautiful view, decent food, bad service. My husband and I sat at the bar. Not sure what the bartender was on or if she was jusy drunk but we got free entertainment with our meal (not in a good way). Hope she gets professional help

Pretty standard beach food for Florida. A fairly simple selection of draft beer and good fresh fish and shrimp options. Really nice and attentive service.
