Orange cake good. Cheesecake good but hard to eat with a plastic spoon bc the crust was delicious but too hard to cut. Chocolate cake was forgettable. Wish we’d tried the white Christmas cake instead of the chocolate.

Betty Boop is my daughter’s favorite character…we HAD to go! The ice cream was delicious. I got mint chocolate chip and she got blueberry cheesecake. I thought $5 bucks for a single scoop was a bit pricey, but 2 scoops for a dollar more seemed more reasonable.

Great ice cream and dessert if you don't want to eat at the bubbleroom you can still experience a piece of it.

We only tried the Orange Crunch Cake, but it was worth the drive just for that. It is delicious! Sometimes when cakes are so big (or really hyped) there’s a part of it that doesn’t live up to the rest. Not this cake - all of it was so good - the cake, the crunch, the orange frosting. The slices are BIG so they are very easy to split.
When we came it was slow, but it’s easy to see that in season it could get very crowded in there. So you might want to plan to take your treats to go.

I got there right at closing. but open sign still lit...door opened...walked in , male server said sorry closed. there were still 2 people at the counter. I told him I just wanted a cone. He said sorry... closed. It would have taken an extra minute..but he would rather piss a customer off... ridiculous. I am a restaurant owner and if my staff refused a person in that situation...it would be his last night. I been visiting Captiva all week and honestly its just not that busy...every dollar counts...would not go back if the ice cream was free.

This is for the owners. 3 employees that would not want to be bothered at 11am Monday. Place was not clean and they were not at all ready to attend customers. They young man was a little better but the over all atmosphere was, let me take your order and leave asap. Store got busy quickly and by the time everyone arrived floors were dirty. I got a muffin (cold) I had to ask to be warm up and after 3 minutes I asked the employee if it was ready and she gave me attitude (rude teenager that would definitely not be appreciated by customers) I laughed and sat down. Called me for it (again not busy at all) and it was still cold. Over all you have a great business, just be aware of your employees not taking care of it! Good luck 👍

Walking to the door for a slice of cake to go, guy working says they are closed and refused service. Said we could come back tomorrow. No thanks!
