⭐ BEWARE OF SCAM! I called Captiva Pizza to order a pizza for my family, including my children. I clearly stated multiple times that I wanted ONE 8-cut pizza. The worker responded, “Oh, so you want 8 pizzas?” I corrected him and said, “No, I want an 8-cut pizza,” and he repeated back, “Okay, 8 pizzas.”
To make sure there was no misunderstanding, I handed the phone to my mother, who slowly and clearly explained we wanted 1 pizza cut into 8 slices. He then said, “Okay, thank you. I need your credit card numbers ahead of time to pay for the 8 pizzas.”
What pizza place requires a credit card ahead of time—especially for a single pizza?! It was obvious he was trying to scam us into paying for 8 pizzas we never ordered. This is dishonest and unacceptable business behavior.

Absolutely loved the Canonball & Veggie Delight! The flavors were bold, fresh, and incredibly satisfying. A lot of negative posts here. My pizza’s were excellent and the service great. If you have a problem with the service handle it directly before taking to social media and being a keyboard warrior. Do your research it’s not a dine in place but it’s a great joint!

The pizza was good and I wish my experience had gone better. I felt uncomfortable by the man working. I hope he was having an off day but it seems after reading the reviews I am not the only one he has decided to be unwelcoming to. He ignored me and then told me to wait outside until they were ready to take my order, but as I waited outside he took multiple orders from others who had shown up after me. When I went back inside he did not acknowledge me yet did acknowledge two other customers. Finally they took my order and he was dismissive and interruptive. Every customer they served ahead of me and instead of me was a man and I as a young woman do hope that this had nothing to do with my appearance as I was polite and patient towards the man in charge. It’s not abnormal to be dismissed as a woman but from a small business on this lovely island I come to every year is very very sad.
