Nobody cares about service to clients, very rude servers, being the island trying to recovery from hurricanes they should be more receptive to tourism if they want to "survive"

This was a great place for all food wants and needs. We really enjoyed all our meals after a long day at the beach. The staff was super helpful and answered all questions. Great experience!

Most overrated ever. Maybe it used to be good.

Our waiter was very nice and for the most part, the service was good. However, the food and drinks were underwhelming. My salad had way too much salad dressing, and I am usually pretty liberal with my dressing. Overall, the salad was not great. The chips they serve with salsa were very stale and that was upsetting. Cute concept for a restaurant, but poor execution.

Dietary restrictions: I am gluten free, so I had the Cesar salad with chicken and it was filling, and I felt fine after, but was not good.

Very mediocre food. My wife liked her quesadilla but my crab cake sandwich was small and awful. Rudest waitress I've ever had. Skip this place until you see a sign that says "Under new ownership."

visited here last week as a group of 6 of us just after midday for lunch. It was not busy and we were seated right away. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating options. It was our first visit and a few people in our group have allergies/dietary restrictions. The menu looked promising at first that everyone could find something. While ordering, one of the staff members made comments about the food choices a girl in my group was ordering due to her allergies. Another ordered the rice bowl and disclosed her allergy up front only for it to be served with the item she was allergic to. While the experience ended up okay, the food was overall average and the awkwardness that we all felt after the rude comments, we would not return here. There was live music which was nice.

Dietary restrictions: Would not recommend for those with dietary restrictions, allergies or vegan.

Parking: Free parking lot on site but during busy season it fills up quickly.

Kid-friendliness: Offers a kids menu with medium variety of options. Good size portion.

Parking was terrible, it's a small lot and no marked spaces so cars were spread out just enough so others couldn't fit. Found parking our 2nd time trying to go. The food was good and so was the service. The live music was very good.

We have been seeing RC Otters and wanted to try it… walking up it has a very cute small island vibe, lots of colors, lights, outdoor seating and live music! Seemed great!

Limited food menu… I ordered the crab cake sandwich, crab cake was small and flavorless.
Very disappointed especially since we paid $25 for it and was offered a side of chips. I’m not a chip fan with my dinners so I asked if I could have fries instead, it was a $3.00 up charge for SOGGY FRENCH FRIES. My only option for a side with my $25 dinner was a bag of chips.

My Boyfriend ordered a cuben. It was small, sad even. Not a lot of meat on there. And again, he had to pay a three dollar up charge for soggy french fries.

Great environment, food was very disappointing.

Loud music, unpriced mains made no sense - like 50% more for a choose a fish main compared to the same fish as an entre…

A bit of a bummer. This place looked great walking up but service was rough right from the start. No one seems to care and the servers seemed upset to even be there. We ordered beers, the crab cake sandwich and the rice and beans. All of it was underwhelming. The actual crab cake is small and mostly filler. The rice and beans were a very small size for the cost and fries were extra. (No one said that it was just on the bill). They are definitely taking advantage of people who are at this portion of the island and don't know better. Overall I would never come back. There are better options in the area. There was live music so that was the only plus. The poor guy was trying his best.

Had bronzed grouper and it was delicious. You can eat outside and listen to music. Great spot to visit with a group.

The server Cheryl was amazing, Crab cakes, steak fajitas, were amazing. Then to top it off the key lime pie was probably the best I've ever had

There were three of us and each of our meals was a little disappointing but these are tough times at Sanibel. We enjoyed our mediocre meals in a welcoming environment.

I was so excited to see that Otters is open amid the destruction from Hurricanes Helene & Milton! This is such a great place for a meal — a laid back, homey feel, with wonderfully friendly, caring service. Good food, perfect beach fare. I strongly encourage all who can to make the trip here and support this local business and the community.

We got to-go food for the family. Everyone enjoyed it. While ordering we hung out at the bar. They have an incredible array of beers! The service was outstanding. We were here between Helene and Milton. I just hope it’s still here to come back to.
