We just been at Sturbucks in Captiva and our bartender was Yuri!! Such a disgusting person! No smile, no how are you!!! No costumer service at all! We ordered 3 lattes, one on ice and a caramel macchiato on ICE!! He made the Caramel macchiato hot. When we asked to change it , he said that’s how you ordered it! No question on if you wanted to have it on ice, he could add the ice, it takes 1 min only. Seems like you bother him when you get through the door and order. Yuri, if you don’t wanna work on Sunday, stay home, for sure someone good on costumer service is praying to have your job!!!! And people, stay away…..no need for such an ungrateful person.

Everything was fine service and friendly staff wise but they didn’t take cards or gift cards the Starbucks app which I found frustrating. They said it was from the hurricane but every other facility on the island we went to took cards.

Very friendly staff every morning we were there (vacation).
Emma, Tatyana, Circe, Lisa, and Yury have been awesome! They have been so welcoming, friendly, and helpful from our first visit! I'm usually cranky before coffee, but it is impossible not to smile with them. There is inside and shaded outside seating. Highly recommend!

Everytime I visit here I feel very welcomed by the staff. The food tastes good and they have NEVER gotten my order wrong.
They don't have a drive thru which is fine because nearly every Starbucks drive through is designed horribly bad!
Parking is good, service is friendly and fast!

Parking: Small lot, is shared with other businesses, but due to the hurricane, there is only one other business operating currently that shares the same lot.
