Overall meh. Very disappointed. This is the first time we've been to this restaurant in several years. We had a positive recollection when previously dining here. Although we had reservations we need to wait a few minutes for a table to clear. Seemed a little busy and very noisy. We ordered 2 different grouper dishes. Both were over cooked and salty. It was like they were kept under a heat lamp. Nothing special about the vegetables...tasted like they were not fresh but frozen...
Beautiful location and had reservation to sit outside. Had to ask for table close to the water after walk ups had taken two of the close tables. After asking, we were reseated at a close table. Ordered wine for table, and had a 45 minute wait before we were informed they couldn't find the wine. Just had water during that time, although at the last update appetizer order was taken. Then ordered when alternative wine was suggested and poured at the 60 minute time frame. Food...
I will only give this an “average“ rating. The food was OK, but only that. I ordered a steak medium and it came out very rare. I sent it back to the kitchen and they did a good job of getting it right the second time. Our food came to the table and it was not hot. It was just slightly above room temperature. When it came time to get the bill, they gave us the bill for an entirely different table. That was about double the cost of what we had. I felt as though our service was...
