Been a customer for years. The employees have been nice. But they put a new manager that needs to go somwhere else. The chicken in the last few months was chewy and the biscuits not so great. I don't plan to go back.

What a great location. Clean, helpful staff, quick service. I stopped bye for lunch on a hot Friday afternoon. There were 2 customers in front of me waiting for their orders. I believe Popeyes was freshly cooking the chicken, goog sugn! I ordered 2 three piece dark meat snack box promotions at $ 5 each! Super deal, as I love the thighs, Wings & legs( 1 regular & 1 spicy) I waited about 10 minutes for them to freshly fry my chicken! It came out hot, juicy & very satisfying. There are plenty of clean tables so eating in is no problem! Great crew! 😊

The WORSE I mean THE WORSE Popeyes ever ! They give away your mobile order to just anyone without checking receipts. I ask to remake my order that they gave away to a random person and they said no. I ask for a refund and they said no. DO NOT COME HERE ! I rarely write bad reviews but this is the a HORRIBLE place

Terrible service employees don t attend to customers even though the manager is on site. Manager and Employees are very rude as-well bad service in general.

Always as excessive delay inside or through the window, many times the line reach outside been a danger for incoming traffic,the service is the worst, the food always has some problem, missing something, wrong etc!! This place should be inspected by corporate or management to insure a better operation

Terrible place, orders take an hour to be delivered, for me one of the worst supposedly fast food places

Food is great but the service is terrible ngl, they should work on their customer service. I literally ordered a Drive Thru Mobile Order and waited in line for 35 minutes just to get to the window and be told I have to pick it up inside… Manager should start managing pretty soon I think. This isn’t their only issue, they regularly forget items in your order and make it difficult to just resolve the mix up and the employees are very unprofessional but this could be due to the location

New management and maybe a new team to give customers a better experience. Line is always super long and the workers are super slow. It’s a hit or miss if the chicken is fresh. It’s time for a change

Not the place to be if you in a rush! Everytime it's a must to a a 15 to 20mins wait.
