The lady gave me attitude when I was asking questions about the menu and The chicken sandwich was drained in mayo and bread looked like it was balled up and thrown in the bag I had to pick the chicken out and leave the soggy bread and the chicken tenders had a rubbery texture BIG DISAPPOINTMENT wouldn’t waste no more money in this place ever again they lost a customer

Bought the $20 family meal and the chicken wasn’t fresh or edible, tried to call no one answered the phone can’t go back because I’m disabled. Chicken wasn’t fresh cooked on old oil biscuits were stale. Waste of money

The wait time was ridiculous for a carryout order with a scheduled pick up time. The store is less than 0.5 miles away from my home, but there are times it is faster to drive to another location further away where their service time is much better; if you go here, pack your patience.

On Saturday after a 1 hour wait I ordered the three piece chicken special and the thigh was under cooked and unable to eat

This Popeyes location is terrible! The worst service ever! I ordered my food at 8:45 pm and did not receive it until 10:21 pm, ridiculous!! And no apologies. And the sad part is, I only ordered chicken, and the chicken was piled up. They held up my order for no reason!! Horrible customer service!! I will never go to this Popeyes again on 183rd Street in Miami Gardens.

Bad attention and very slow service

This was earlier this year. The food was good. I was , but never will be again a long time customer. Didn't like the way someone that worked there said something to me. There is no loss to Popeyes if I never go there again. Everyone has a different experience this was mine. I hope others have better experiences.

Ok here we go. Na I been eating here at popeyes for years to come, but now things is changing or the cooks we I purchases my food and ate it, it tasted like they fried it in bad or old oil and the red beans and rice wuz so hard, that I had to recooked again and thats so sad. So I don't know if I'll be eating at that popeyes again. I mean no crunch to it like the good old days. Popeyes on 183rd needs to tighten up if you want my services.
