Never order from this place (even through DoorDash). I place an order a 2:30 and i had to go through 6 different dashers just to get my order cancel at 4:30. It’s ridiculous, you guys might as well closed down if you can’t even make a simple order. It’s sad. I spoke with some lady on the phone and she said she’s going to make the order then 1 hour later my order gets canceled. ZERO STAR. This place sucks and it needs to be closed down asap.

I couldn’t complete my order thru the drive thru today because the woman attending the drive thru had gotten frustrated with my order; this was at 3:30pm

It was early, but food was fresh, good and the place was clean.

Good costumer service, food was as spected, place nice clean and nice eating music.

The food is always fresh, but that often comes with a wait. The only reason this location did not get five stars is because of the parking and drive thru situation. It can be difficult to get in and out especially if they are crowded. I have always had good customer service at this location.

Totally loved this location. The ladies all were so nice. I drive a Tesla and my phone is my key to my car. My battery went dead. Thankfully one of the ladies had a charger and charged my phone enough while I waited for fresh chicken to get back in my car!

Service is actually faster if you order at the restaurant. First and only time I placed an order through the app and they had me waiting in my car for 30 minutes for a 6 piece boneless wings. They’ve served 7 cars that pulled up in the drive through after me and I’m still waiting on my food

I recently ordered from Popeyes at 183rd Street, and despite the online ordering system not allowing me to choose blackened tenders, the staff was incredibly accommodating over the phone. They switched my order to blackened tenders with ease, and everything arrived hot, fresh, and delicious. My mother, Wanda, and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Special shoutout to the wonderful team for their friendly and helpful service!

Not nice and charging for sauces .75 WTH

I can not say anything about the actual location just uber eats. I have ordered 12 wings from this location 4 times I have never received the 12 only 6. Today I ordered buy 6 get one free, did not get the 6 free wings. I have checked and double checked to see if it's something wrong on my part, nope it's the same story every time. So if you uber remember only 6 wings. Unless you want to donate the other 6.

Been a customer for years. The employees have been nice. But they put a new manager that needs to go somwhere else. The chicken in the last few months was chewy and the biscuits not so great. I don't plan to go back.
