Delicious food and great portion size

We had the beef pho it was delicious! No MSG and straight bone broth! Healthy and delicious. We also had the Cajun catfish and coconut shrimp. Catfish was so tender and seasoned well. The coconut shrimp tasted very coconut forward and fresh. We also had the firecracker shrimp as the appetizer and the shrimps were so big! Definitely going to come back again.

I've had Pho a few times now and I didn't think it was all that great. It always was just a little bit lacking, you know? Then they bring out the million sauces to mix in and I always would ruin it, never knowing what to flavors would marry well. This is the first place I've gone where I feel like I finally 'get it.' The Pho here is really good! And there's not too many sauces, just a couple so you can only go but so wrong. I enjoyed the Pho here so much that I came back and had it again a few days later! I'd also add that it feels pretty healthy. Oh, and they have Pineapple Cream Soda which is the best soda I've ever had. It's by Stubborn and I've only seen/had it one other place. I almost never order soda when I go out, but it's hard to pass it up since it's kinda rare to come across. The people who work here and genuinely so nice and they seem to be in great spirits every time I come in. It's great to see people that are happy at work, you know? Atmosphere is cute. It's small, but comfortable. I'll definitely be back!

Restaurant seems to have potential so I gave it a three instead of a two star. The Banh Mi sandwich had nice crisp vegetables and a creamy pate. However the bread was stale, way too much mayo and some of the pork was so chewy had to split it out and some globs of fat. Summer roll big but too much noodles and shrimp was bland and tasteless. Staff very nice and friendly. Will try the PHO next time.

Glad to have another pho option in Casselberry after Four Guys Pho left. The broth was flavorful, and the pho held up well for take out! Not a super fan of the noodles, they were thicker than the usual pho noodle. Summer rolls were so good, and large!

First time here. Came for lunch and enjoyed the Rare Beef Phó and the Vermicelli with Grilled Pork and Egg Rolls. The food was prepared wonderfully. The atmosphere was clean and inviting.

Found my new favorite banh mi in the Orlando area!We got the grilled pork banh mi, the fried egg/spring rolls, and grilled chicken skewers.Starting with the chicken skewers - they had a nice caramelization with grill markings but were really still good and juicy. I'd definitely get them again, but not before I tried more of the menu. The fried egg rolls were perfectly crisp on the outside as you'd expect from a typical "spring roll" you'd order somewhere - despite the name, these aren't the bubbly textured chewy wrapper you'd get at a chinese takeout. The inside was really surprising - they were juicy enough and not dry like some of the spring rolls I've had around town. There's a nice little bit of spice in the filling too, which has glass noodles and what looks like chunks of shiitake mushroom folded into it. 10/10 would get these again on my next visit. And the star of this meal was the grilled pork banh mi. I'm definitely no expert in this category, but I know what I like. I very much dislike when places over-use pickled carrot/daikon or if it's really super funky fermented. This was not that. It was lightly pickled and had none of that super funk, so it played nicely with the rest of the fillings. The herbs were well proportioned to the sandwich also. The menu says it comes with a variety of toppings but I dropped the tomato because, well, tomato. The jalapenos were sliced and served on the side - not sure if that was for me, or if they're usually inside the sandwich. The bread was great! It was fluffy and able to be pressed around the fillings and not super bready, while the outside had a nice crackling crunch to it. Not too hard like you over-cooked it, and not too soft to where it didn't have any crunch either. Pretty much perfect for me. And the pork, oh the pork... Juicy, well grilled, and the flavor was really good - at least for my tastes. And there was what seemed to be this fun light sauce drizzle - either on the pork or on the top of the sandwich after it was dressed - that was a really fun thing. I'll probably butcher the description but the best I could say is if you tried to make your own combination of teriyaki and hoisin sauce? 11/10 will get this sandwich again, even if it's just to go because I decided to try other things on the menu (really wanting to go back to try the pho).Other info: We went mid-March around 2pm on a Saturday afternoon. It wasn't crowded, we had great service, and everything was nice and clean.Parking: It's a strip mall so there's loads of parking, or at least there was early on a Saturday afternoon.

We ordered d Summer Roll for appetizer. D size of shrimps in it are big . Its peanut sauce tastes good w/ crushed peanuts on top. Bahn -Mi is superb! No problem when we ordered Fried Egg on top, unlike any other Bahn Mi stores. Pork Pate was served on d side. The Ambience is ice w/ jazz music. Luv d interior has vaulted Ceiling w/ a slight touch of Vietnamese decor. Price is very reasonable. We ordered Summer Roll, Combination Meat Pho. The broth has d light taste(not salty) good for Seniors & Pork Ban Mi w/ a total of $41 w/ tip included, but that's w/ 10% off because of their new Opening Offer. Friendly Servers. He put all d condiments possible on our table & a Pork pate in a small dish(optional) for Ban Mi, but definitely a plus for my husband's preference. Highly Recommend!

Probably the best Vietnamese spot in Seminole County. We got the vermicelli bowl and wow it was the freshest one I've had in Orlando. The service was great and the owners were so nice. We went during soft opening and they made sure to say hi to every guest. Now that the full menu is out, I can't wait to try more. I heard the Banh Mi and summer rolls are
