I've had Pho a few times now and I didn't think it was all that great. It always was just a little bit lacking, you know? Then they bring out the million sauces to mix in and I always would ruin it, never knowing what to flavors would marry well. This is the first place I've gone where I feel like I finally 'get it.' Glad to have another pho option in Casselberry after Four Guys Pho left. The broth was flavorful, and the pho held up well for take out! Not a super fan of the noodles, they were thicker than the usual pho noodle. Summer rolls were so good, and large!

We had the beef pho it was delicious! No MSG and straight bone broth! Healthy and delicious. We also had the Cajun catfish and coconut shrimp. Catfish was so tender and seasoned well. The coconut shrimp tasted very coconut forward and fresh. We also had the firecracker shrimp as the appetizer and the shrimps were so big! Definitely going to come back again.
