The food is surprisingly fresh, this is something I did not expect tbh. Just like meals that is fresh cooked and served in my dinner when I was in my country. Even the egg rolls is crispy and fresh. This ease my homesick appetizer.
For a long time I have not found good Asian food like that around. More importantly, it is as cheap as fast food but restaurant quality.
The flavor is so good. The price is low while the portion is HUGE. I ate a lot (my mom always complains that I eat like a man) and still can make it into 2 meals.
I will come back for sure. This is the first time I've tried their food so hopefully the quality will be consistent.

I ordered the shrimp chow mein. What I got was shrimp cabbage soup. I called them. They were trying to argue the fact that I misunderstood what the hell chow mein was. I order a lot of chow mein in my life. Never was it looking like soup, and it always looked like noodles to me. Maybe they should look up what is chow mein.

My favorite Chinese place in Casselberry. Great Orange Chicken, General Tso’s is great also. Fried rice is great. No complaints. Decent sized portions also
I normally do not make bold claims about any establishment but I will say this.... China 1 is the best out of all the asian restaurants I used to eat at! Now I only want to eat from China 1! The food actually has flavor! I would gladly do business with this restaurant again!
