We had reservations for 7:45pm, got there a bit earlier and they were able to sit up w/in minutes. Our waiter, Alex, was great, explaining everything and providing suggestions. Food was amazing all around. It was a great dining experience and we will definitely be back.

We had the expert trail with the ceasar salad (with a kick!), original cheddar fondue, all the different meats, and a dark chocolate fondue with just fruits. Excellent service! And they go all out w great decor for Halloween!

Great value, solid atmosphere, great service. Food could use a little seasoning, but overall they are extremely accommodating

First time coming here and it was for my wife’s birthday. Atmosphere was a little off for me. Halloween decorations in September and VERY dark that I tripped going to the bathroom. Staff was great and quick with service. Now on to the disappointment of the night. We got the 4 course meal and it started out great with the salads they were phenomenal. Cheese fondue- the cheese itself was just ok not a whole lot of flavor. The toppings were not great. Bread was super dry and then you get these huge slices of carrots and tiny pieces of apple. Then the main meal. I added scallops to our because I love scallops. The meat was great but then when I did the scallops I noticed a they were drenched in seasoning. I took a bite and it was so salty and spicy that I couldn’t even taste what I was eating. I only ate half of the scallop and left the rest on my plate. I thought the staff would’ve asked if there was a problem since that was the only thing left on the plate but they didn’t so that was a shame they didn’t pickup on that. Lastly dessert. The chocolate was great we got the original and the flavor was amazing. Toppings were disappointing again. Tiny pieces of strawberry, tiny cheesecake bite, store bought plain marshmallows, thinly sliced bananas that were on the verge of going bad.

I’ve been doing fondue for years and compared to others this was a huge disappointment and I couldn’t recommend it to anyone. I know how bad a 1 star can hurt a business so I won’t do that but it’s definitely lower than the score I’m giving.

Our group came for dinner and we're sat with Alex. I highly recommend if you come here to ask for Alex, he's an absolute gem. He was super chill, explained everything really well and was more than accommodating to any changes we asked for with substitutions or extra things we asked for.

Food wise it was fantastic! We picked the expert option. For the cheese option we got the Bruschetta Jack which was delicious. I was going to take a picture of it but totally forgot because I was way too excited to eat it. The meat portion of the meal was fantastic. Especially the filet. For the chocolate we got the Turtle (kind of) we subbed the milk chocolate for dark and the pralines for graham crackers and it was delicious. I highly recommend asking for extra cream puffs, they were SO good.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is so cozy and not too loud, there's one TV I noticed, but we didn't sit near it which I really appreciated, TVs are a little distracting for me in a restaurant setting.

Always an amazing time at this place. Food is top notch, wait staff is amazing and atmosphere is terrific. Great for anniversary dinners.
