Colorado Fondue Company

1. My party had to split up into two reservations because they could not accommodate 7 people together even though our 3 hour meal saw two open tables most of the night.
2. They sat one party at 5pm and another at 5:30pm even though they had PLENTY of seats open. The guy at the front was very rude, the lady with him was much nicer, but still couldn't do much to help I guess.
3. They had large tables open most of the night so why were we forced to sit apart?
4. The waiters told us different things at each table, leaving us very confused
5. One vegetarian meal was somehow cheaper than the other meal. How did that happen?
6. There was a LONG BLACK HAIR in our food to dip in cheese. The waiter took forever to get to us because of his other tables I guess, so I flagged down a staffer walking past who got us a new one.
7. Why couldn't we sit together when no one was in the large booths?
8. We had to remind our waiter to bring out round 2 of alcoholic drinks that we had ordered. Yay for watered down drinks.
9. Somehow the table sat after us was done and paid before the table sat 30 minutes earlier. How does that happen?

If you like RUDE customer service at the door with the mean guy, not sitting with your party when seats are open all evening, delicious long hair in your food and being charged different prices for the same vegetarian meal then I highly recommend this place.

The one PERK IS If you put the food on the the rocks you can say... DO YOU SMELL WHAT THE ROCK IS COOKING?

Went for anniversary. Food was okay. Service was good. Probably wouldn't go back

i have had the worst experience at this restaurant. the manager was at the front and was extremely rude to me and my friends and extremely unwelcoming. Alex was our server and was rude and took a long time to come to our table. would not recommend coming here!

this place sucks. the food is overpriced and it smells bad. i expect a full refund

I need to shout out our server, Wendell, who made me and my friend’s 1st time here such a memorable experience. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of the whole night. I had originally planned to visit this restaurant for my birthday in March but I was no longer able to and after I mentioned that, Wendell put a birthday candle in one of the pound cakes for the dessert fondue and said “happy birthday since you couldn’t come in March.” It was such a thoughtful gesture and he truly made our dinner experience 10x better. I would 100% visit again if I wasn’t moving to Colorado next week! Thank you so much Wendell.

Really miss this place, we moved to Tampa and came back on vacation. Food is always great, service is super attentive, value over other fondue spots is definitely there. Highly recommend!

Good food but the cheese course was flavorless. Remember to make a reservation otherwise the wait can be more than an hour

Even if you order a single portion your food is not separated from others at your table. I was expecting a fully cooked meal and I did not get that. I got stress with my food. Thinking I didn't cook my chicken long enough and then over cooking it. The chicken had no flavor either. Edamame was served cold and without salt.

I’ve never been to another establishment that delivers as consistently as Colorado Fondue Company. The staff go above and beyond, theming is immaculate, and the food never misses. Quite frankly, it’s become my wife and I’s favorite spot for date night.

The food was amazing, we came
For our anniversary with our two girls (7 and 1yo) did the expert experience trail and from start to finish was amazing. James was our server and he made the experience top notch. We will for sure be back and will be asking for James again . And the drinks were great on top of being fairly priced.

I would suggest if you have a party of 8 to ask for 3 tables. Otherwise there is not enough room on the table for the food. It took 3 hours for us with only the 2 warmers and 3 different things in the bowls.
