I used too come here , teenagers don’t know how to do their job right , My order is always wrong , Bad management , dirty store 24/7 every time I’d go in , donuts rock hard and taste old , no gloves would be used while grabbing donuts, Including hash browns & breakfast wrap cold brew taste like Iced coffee , manager is rude and always with attitude, don’t recommend this location at all ??

I don't leave reviews but could not let this experience go by. Order at drive thru order a bagel ,toasted with cream cheese. What I received was horrible and could not eat!

I’ve been going to this Dunkin for 2 years now and idk what happened with management but these past two weeks, they’ve been messing up my order, giving orders out late (mind you I usually order online and pick up, but it comes out 20 or half an hour later WHILE IM THERE STILL WAITING TO PICK IT UP). Maybe it’s low staff but I can’t anymore. This Dunkin is close by my house by now I have to drive out farther than I should just because the service is so bad now

They have messed up my DoorDash order literally every single time Ive ordered from them. Now im trying to finally call them and the number doesn’t work. Someone definitely needs to be fired because this is ridiculous now.

go to any other Dunkin in the area. this one is foul. food is always ice cold, employees are rude as hell, and it takes forever. wish i could give 0 stars :)

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been to this location several times and each time it gets worse. I stopped by this morning to get a simple bagel with cream cheese. The bagel is rock hard I can barely bite out of it. This place needs to be shut down and I will not be back and I will urge all of my network to visit Starbucks right next door because service and quality will be 100 times better.

We did the drive thru in a hurry to get somewhere. Ordered 6 donuts, two of them powdered sugar donuts. Tasted like cardboard with powdered sugar. Also ordered a ham croissant. It was cold, they didn’t microwave it long enough. Drive thru doesn’t show up as an option on this google page.We will not return.Good luck.

Epic failure! Placed a birthday order a day before using the App. No donuts when I came to pick up. Refused to refund because there was no manager. Waited 30 minutes for manager to show. Go to Donut King! They made it right.

I've patronized this location twice and both times I've had to ask for a refund due to the unprofessional atmosphere. The first time they were out of matcha and the manager jessica was yelling at the workers for selling it. This morning being my second time giving this location another chance. The cashier Liz took my order, prepared my drink and set it to the side. I watched her fulfill 2 orders for the front counter and 2 orders for the drive through. It seemed she became distracted after making my drink, people that came in after me were actually leaving due to the wait time for them to be serviced. I waited over 10mins before going back to the register and it seemed only then did she remember about my order. I didn't get upset or even made a fuss, I simply asked for a refund. That seemed to have agitated Liz because she started yelling to Jessica " this customer wants a refund cause she had to wait".Jessica came out to issue the refund, while doing so Jessica still visible upset about me requesting a refund, is yelling out in the background, making impudent remarks. Instead of correcting her staff, the manager jessica looks to me and states "she was being nice to you". I tried to explain to the manager I was never rude, I just simply asked for a refund due to my drink sitting on the counter for over 10mins and that it wasn't waiting on anything as she claimed. The manager was very dismissive and didn't care to hear anything I had to say and stated to just put it in the survey and walked off.If this was the last location left in all of Florida, I would never patronize this location. They are not only very unorganized but the lack of professionalism is enough to never step foot in this location. I'm certain the manager wrote down false names. She told me the cashier's name was Liz but the receipt reads joansy, I doubt the Manager's name is jessica. She's the Spanish lady that was yelling at staff and belittling them my first visit as well.

I’ve never had an issue here the whole year I’ve lived near it but last month I was in the drive thru and a young male was taking my order ( seemed new) he was doing a great job!! I ordered a strawberry frosted donut and whoever was “ training “ him or just working with him ( there were only 2 of them in the store it was 10 mins before closing) she sounded Hispanic with an accent when she spoke English. He takes a second to understand me , and all of the sudden I hear her disgusting voice YELLING AT HIM saying stuff like SHE SAID STRAWBERRY FROSTED … blah blah TELL HER .. blah blah DONT BE STUPID blah blah and the boy would stay quiet ignoring her bullying manner and answer me back sorry we don’t have strawberry , we only have vanilla . And I said that was fine no worries and she kept yelling at him on and on VERY annoyingly.. he wasn’t doing anything wrong, he did a great job. When I pulled up to the window, I see a young boy and get pissed… he doesn’t deserve that. PLEASE FIRE HER KICK HER OUT AND APPOLOGIZE TO THIS YOUNG BOY.
