la comida es excelente, el servicio es excelente. Lo único que no nos gusta es que ponen mucho reggeton, demasiado, por lo cual la estadía no es tan agradable

We were just visiting Orlando for business and found this restaurant for dinner. The ceviche had wonderful flavor all the way down to leche de tigre—we drank it all as well. The octopus was tender and delicious, and the beer was nicely cold. I had a great experience.

Aji Ceviche Bar Casselberry is an unpretentious, authentic Peruvian family restaurant. The food is incredible, amazing, and delicious, with super fresh ceviche, bold flavors, and a great variety of dishes. The Ceviche Clásico is fantastic and the best in town. Other notable dishes include the Pescado a lo Mac, tostones & yuca, and the chocolate cake after a good Anchorado. The Pisco Sours and Catedral Santos drinks are great. The service is really good, amazing, and friendly, with warm and attentive staff who provide flawless timing and spot‑on recommendations. The experience is unforgettable and highly recommended.
