Location on Semoran, slow service. Took 22 minutes to get food. Samantha was a rock star but the Supervisor that finally showed up to help needs to be retrained.

Arby's is a clean and friendly restaurant with helpful staff. The roast beef sandwich has been described as having minimal flavor, while the curly fries lack crispiness. However, the jalapeño bites and mozzarella sticks received positive feedback. The strawberry lemonade is refreshingly tangy, but vegetarian options are limited. The customer service, particularly the dedication of the manager and staff to exemplary service and quality, has been praised as the highlight of the Arby's experience. Customers have noted the friendly greetings, efficient communication, and attention to detail, making for a pleasant dining experience, especially for those in need of a break from daily stresses.
