I've been going to Metro Diner for years. They always provide great service. However, my experience today moved me to write my 1st review. My waitress's name was Taylor. She was, simply put, amazing. We were seated very fast but still showed interest. My friend wanted a Patty Melt, but it wasn't on the menu. Taylor had it made anyway. Our food was out in ten minutes FRESH! and they are never shy with their fries. Shout out to Scott the manager, the ship you're running over there is exceptional. thanks guys.
This has been my favorite place for its excellent food. I frequently go to this place, but today I went with my family, it was my husband's birthday and when we arrived, a young woman attended us, we ordered the drinks, I went to the bathroom when I returned, my surprise was great, the waitress was aggressive, she blamed me for having taken something from a table, I didn't understand at all, so I asked to see the cameras, the treatment was brutal, we felt singled out, the waitress's look was horrible, without having proof, I don't know if it was racism, I'm sorry for having I went with my family and we had an unpleasant time. I suggest you train your waitresses better and have evidence to point someone out, so they have cameras, use them!!! This type of misunderstanding is not pleasant. We stopped dining on the beach to come to this place that I will never return to. They treated us like garbage. However, we had very good food for dinner. I left them a tip but I really won't return. The terrible treatment.. use the cámaras !!!
